My father was in Dr. Arun's care for a short period of time and he was billed incorrectly, therefore the insurance company refused to cover the outrageous costs unless the claim was resubmitted correctly. We made numerous attempts to contact Dr. Arun to resolve this issue and I spoke to him personally a few times. He said he would look into this matter and never did over the course of 6 months. We waited for him to explain why he did what he did. We never got an answer from him or his office staff after 8 phonecalls! My Father eventually paid this bill to avoid going to collection. My family is highly disappointed that a professional like Dr. Arun didn't think that my Father deserved a 2 minute phonecall / explanation regarding this issue!

Father in law is at an assisted living facility and has been in his care for almost 2 years. Dr. Arun is excellent--very professional and dedicated to gerontology. He cares for his patients and is very clear explaining medical situations. I'd recommend highly for elder care.

Went recently for geriatric care for my dad. Dr Arunachalam has a great bedside manner is patient and was informative. And did not rush us through the appointment. I was also impressed with his overall care knowledge.
