Starting with the front office. Professional and kind…. I highly commend his staff. Dr Gigante performed microdiscectomy surgery on my L4 L5 - I was in pain and PT for years. Pain shots, etc. Afraid to bend or pick up anything I went to Dr G via referral….. glad I did….. a week or so later I was out of surgery and pain free - on the treadmill the next day. It’s been 6 months and I feel fully normal Actually felt normal months ago….. Highly recommended!

I had my ACDF feb 16th, and before my operation I had stenosis and disc disease so I really was left with no options but to get surgery. I knew from my first meeting I was in good hands. Dr Gigante and his staff are the best. He has the top training possible for a neurosurgeon and it shows. Not only only that, but he has excellent bedside manner. As a patient, you cannot be in better hands. Thank you to all the staff even at Saint Barnabas. Every person took the time to introduce themselves and make me feel safe. I am so grateful to have a team like this.

I had seen a previous surgeon prior to seeing Dr Gagante and by the time we were half way done I knew I wanted him to preform my surgery. I had to have neck surgery. His confidence in knowing that this was the best course of action let me know & feel I was in the right care. His staff at office is exceptional and helpful. Dr Gigante was my 6th consult & I chose him as my surgeon. His staff is great & Dr returned my call few days post op . I no longer have that pre-op pain & surgery was a breeze .

My mom had a cervical spinal fusion by Dr Gigante which came out PERFECT as well as just a few days ago a complex DBS surgery. His whole team treated my mom like gold like she deserved and I feel she could not have gotten much better care than this. Wish I knew where I could send a letter over to him to personally thank him!

In my first visit Dr. Gigante was an absolute pleasure. He clearly understood what I was going thru and took the time in making sure that I fully understood my options and what the best treatment method is for my injury. A true perfectionist who cares about his patients

While l would have given 5 stars, it's to soon. The consultation was very professional and l appreciated Dr. Gigantes strait toward approuch, the news l was given was not what l wanted to hear! But that's not his fault! I will be happy to rate again after l see if he's able to preform a procedure to help my chronic pain.

Dr. Paul Gigante is a genius, a very professional doctor. He knows what he does, never offers his patients a procedure that is not required and always looking for innovative ways in surgery. His team of the best possible assistants helps him from during out-patient visits to most difficult surgeries. They are very attentive to their patients, answer all questions and always keep in touch in preparation to the procedure and as long as required after it too. I would highly recommend Dr. Gigante if you need a neurosurgeon
