Ronna Sherman's Online Review Report Card

Since 2014, Dr. Sherman has been my primary care physician. I have never had a physician willing to spend as much time with me as Dr. Sherman does...I never feel rushed...she always asks if she's answered all of my questions.

Dr Sherman is amazing. She explains things throughly, always calls with your test results, listens to your concerns and spends as much time as you need.

I would not recommend this doctor at all based on her unavailability to see you when you are sick. She works limited hours and is never available and neither are there any covering doctors to see. The answer should not be to go to ready access and wait your turn when you are not well.

While my initial physical / visit with Dr. Sherman was fairly positive, each subsequent visit declined sharply in quality. Dr. Sherman repeatedly made the same optional recommendation I had declined with no explanation, at every visit, regardless of the reason for my visit. She spends far more time at her computer than with her patients, even with an assistant present in the room for the entire visit to type everything up for her. She was prescribing medication to manage a specific women's health condition she purported to know well, but when I asked her to run labs to monitor my hormones related to the condition she was prescribing medication for, she didn't know how to interpret the results and seemed insulted that I was asking for certain tests to bring to other doctors visits. She then ran useless labs and essentially threw the results at me and told me to figure it out myself since I was the one who requested them. Doesn't exactly instill confidence or trust that she should be prescribing or treating womens health conditions. Do not recommend.

Dr. Sherman has been my and my wife's primary care physical for four or five years now. She is absolutely fantastic. no nonsense but spends the time to explain and listen, is very knowledgeable, and makes herself available. I had an issue that required a specialist and she make a personal call to get me in quickly and then tracked it. Really awesome care, as well as awesome person. When had an urgent issue (sick and going on vacation) squeezed me in.

Dr Ronna Sherman is very nice and is a genuinely caring physician. She gives you as much time as you need, and will answer all your questions. She is very knowledgeable about medicine and prescriptions and what will help you to become healthier. She is really great! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Sherman is the best doctor that I have ever been too, hands down. She always took time to answer any and all of my questions - extremely smart, easy to talk to, personable, caring, and has excellent bedside manner. She takes the time to really listen to you and it is apparent that she truly cares about her patients. She went above and beyond with each appointment I had with her. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a doctor in the area. Since moving to LA, I have been on the search for a doctor would could even compare.
