Absolutely the most attentive and thorough dr I have ever met. She had so much patience with me going through breast cancer. She personally picked up the phone to call me when she received my results on a Sunday night. In addition, when I had questions about family members with other cancers and treatments, once again, she gave me her full attention and care. There are not many other doctors like her.

My experience with Dr. Schaefer, her PA and office staff was excellent. Dr. Schaefer was clear, thorough and on point throughout my entire process. Her PA is also excellent, she is knowledgeable and has an overall great demeanor! The office staff is very organized and pleasant. I am so grateful to God that I was referred to Dr. Schaefer.

From minute one, Dr. Schaeffer showed incredible patience, care , and attention to details. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under her care. She was an angel! To say the least, she is highly intelligent, and extremely kind! Thank you so much!!!😇

Starting off - my first impression of the practice was Gwen the scheduler who assisted me. What a blessing!! She was helpful, wonderful, and I can't even say how important she was to me. When I saw Dr. Schaefer she was incredibly thorough, pleasant, helpful and truthfully patient because the scans that were done elsewhere weren't working. She contacted the radiology center personally while I was with her and was able to access remotely. What a wonderful experience when I was truly stressed out!

I am so very upset right now and that is why I am sharing my experience. Dr. Schaefer was amazing, I was her patient just before I moved to TX. After a year of seeing her I found out I had breast cancer. She made the time to have a phone call with me to review my results from my Dr's here in TX. Shortly after I received a bill for $304.00. I called the office and was told they would take care if it, that I shouldn't have been billed etc. I recently received another bill, called the office and they said they would send something showing it was just a phone call (not sure what that was going to to), but today I received a notice from collections showing the $304.00 due. I highly doubt Dr. Schaefer is aware of this and I am so upset at the office staff. Now I've no choice to pay otherwise my credit is ruined. I thought this was a discussion with the Dr. who was so very helpful during a very difficult time in my life, now a year later I'm dealing with collections. I wouldn't have done that had I known.

Sarah Schaefer, MD … truly exceptional! - I had complete confidence in Dr Schaefer and highly recommend her. She’s very smart, serious-minded & highly focused on every aspect of your cancer diagnosis and ultimate surgery. Her care is tender, hopeful, sincere & positive & I knew I had found an extraordinary doctor to get me through my diagnosis.

I didn't care for Dr. Schaefer she was rude, my visit with her was terrible I wouldn't go back there. Her staff is friendly, I honestly don't know how they deal with that woman. She is horrible, maybe she can learn some bad side manners or just retire!!!
