Modern & technologically efficient office with a professional and friendly staff. I was seen on time by Dr Ruhl who I felt did a thorough examination. Received a text a short time after my appointment that let me easily order a prescription from a compounding pharmacy. Convenient and streamlined!

The staff were all very nice and welcoming. The office is bright, clean and spacious. Dr Rhule was excellent! Very thorough and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

It was one of the worst front desk experiences I have ever had at a Drs office. I booked 2 appointments on ZocDoc for me and my husband. We got confirmation emails and text messages starting from the day we booked it to the day of our appointment confirming. It made sure WE wouldn't forget!! We both took off of work to make it there and booked it weeks ago cause we are going overseas and really needed to be looked at for some skin concerns before we left but now that can't happen. When we arrived the front desk girl said my appointment was cancelled but my husbands was not. Well I showed her my confirmation emails and morning texts but when I tell you she would not believe me and continued to say I cancelled my appointment. She argued with me and never once said I'm sorry our system clearly doesn't work or anything would have been better than arguing with me that I cancelled. If I have 100% proof I didn't cancel you would think she could have just said wow the system didn't work correctly. Or sorry would have been amazing!! Even telling a manager they may want to look into this computer error that would have been awesome!! I am a grown woman and literally got so frustrated I almost started crying. When you are right and someone doesn't want to believe you it really gets so upsetting. She not only argued with me but took 2 other patients in between this confusion when the other girl was helping them. So now I just said fine whatever you say but can you please get us both in?? Well of course they could not because now it's 20min later!! If she had not taken 2 other patients and argued with me she could of easily took us both in!! So I told her please I need the appointment more than my husband. It was crazy this office just lost a super easy patient for no reason and absolutely could of cared less!!!! Then we walk into the room and a nurse says only my husband can get done and I said no it's going to be me like I told the front desk. With a very nasty demeanor she said we can't do you cause I have your husbands name here. I said no it's supposed to be me cause there was a mistake as I told the front desk girl. She said she has nothing to do with that and can't take me. I mean can anyone in this office please just be a little nice and help me get my appointment that I clearly scheduled!!! I'm sure this is not how the owners train their staff. The PA was very nice but seriously after being treated so badly it's just not worth it. After all of this she was not able to remove my mole anyway cause she said a plastic surgeon needs to do it. So really my husband could have gotten done after all of this chaos. I feel bad for him cause he really needed to see the Dr too. I would tell you guys there are so many other Dermatology Offices around that I'm sure would be pleasant to you!! Nobody should be treated poorly for absolutely no reason. We were very excited to be finally be there and again a simple Sorry would have gone such a long way. We will never be back and will never recommend any of our family/friends/customers either. Just make sure if you decide to still make an appointment please confirm before you go cause if you booked it online it won't be in their system and you will get blamed for causing that!!
