Dr Chen is my doctor and I am so happy and blessed being able to work with a Droctor with so much experience and confidence. Her team really supported me through the process navigating all the unknowns and possibilities and thru the 2 years covid times I was still able to get through these times. I would highly recommend IRMS and there entire team to everyone I know!!

We saw quite a few fertility specialists before meeting with Dr. Chen. The care we received under her was the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. This was the first office in which we did not feel like just another number. As a result, we now have a beautiful baby!

We had to sit and wait for over 45 minutes for a sit down and talk appointment with her. When we were invited into her office there was no excuse given as to why we were left waiting for so long. But it did look like she was enjoying the large cup of tea that she made for herself.

Dr.Chen just be wasting people time and charging your insurance. I've be seeing this doctor since January and haven't had one fertility treatment yet. Now, I don't have the insurance no more that paid for my treatments. I'm really pissed off about they lack of commitment and follow up. They keep worrying about everything but getting us pregnant. It's really sad the way these places waste women time and money. I'm praying for a real doctor that's going help me and not waste my time. Very disappointed.

She made us wait over 45 minutes for no reason other than the cup of tea that she was drinking. She didn't listen to me or my wife about our plan that we wanted her to follow. They just like to charge your insurance. Waste of time.

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Chen and all the doctors at IRMS. After 4 different reproductive doctors and 17 combined years of trying to have a baby, I finally gave birth to our beautiful daughter. They never gave up. She is now 7 years old. Everybody that knows this super smart little girl, with the sweetest personality, loves her. I thank God everyday for the miracle that she is!

Dr. Chen was amazing!!! Her bedside manor and her passion for infertility is just top notch! I was unable to get pregnant and saw Two other doctors before seeing her both my husband and I just fell in love with her! We had 100% success with her doing IVF we hit on the first round with 1 embryo and ended up with the most prefect identical twin boys! We could not thank her enough for all her help, guidance, knowledge and success of the entire process!!! We LOVe Dr. Chen and still keep in touch to this day our boys are now 2! We Have recommended her to friends and family as well she is the best around!!!
