My family and I have suffered one of the most traumatic experiences with the offices of Dr. Redling. Under their direct supervision my mother was suddenly diagnosed with a life threatening illness and given only a few weeks to live. This entire experience could have been avoided if Dr. Redling or her associate, Dr. Bahler had taken the time to read the lab results that came in after the hospital discharge which clearly indicated that the diagnosis of impending death was wrong. Their negligence is unforgiveable, in particular because not one of them even bothered to express an apology or empathy for what we had just been through. In addition, her front office is extremely rude to their patients and their family members. One back office staff came out to speak with me without a mask. Under no circumstances would I recommend that you bring anyone you love to this practice.

Dr. Theresa Redling does not work with the patient to prescribe meds that do not cause harmful effects to the patient. She will not try other meds when requested, and insists on prescribing meds that are causing harmful side effects. She will not even consider trying another drug when there are many other options. Do yourself a favor and choose a physician, that will try to work with you not against you.

Dr. Redling is thorough and patient. She explores all avenues for treatment and the patient's well-being. The staff is courteous and there is no extraordinary waiting - visits are basically on time.

Dr. Redling is an awesome physician. She answers all of my questions and goes the extra step by providing me with pertinent literature to read. I feel very confident in her management of my my health care. Her examinations are thorough and she takes the time to talk to me and truly listens to what I have to say.

Dr. Redling is caring and sensitive. She listens carefully to a patients questions and comments and explains things well. She is extremely thorough and her staff is wonderful. Everyone has a great sense of humor and makes you feel cared for. When needed, Dr. Redling confers with a patient's other specialists to come up with a course of action which is so refreshing. She really approaches medicine from a "whole patient" point of view. She is a wonderful doctor.

I saw her only TWICE: first for her to see my problem; second to hear the results of the many blood tests she did. -- I tried to tell her of a new problem on the second visit, but she just brushed it off. I like her and I think she is able, but I didn't like being brushed off.
