Vanessa Trespalacios's Online Review Report Card

I was a patient of Dr T for about 3 years. She’s a bit intimidating but I always found her to be so friendly and respectful. My issue and why I left her practice is because of the bottom of the barrel staff that works in her office. Let’s start with Sasha - who I’ve caught making fun of my last name (she had no clue I was right behind her). I was so turned off by this behavior but I ignored it because unfortunately there’s uneducated/immature people out there and you can’t do anything about it. My last straw was when I went for a physical after having a baby a month before. I was running 5 minutes late. New moms know the struggle. Her staff PENNY called me and spoke to me like I was her child “JUST HURRY UP AND GET HERE OK? (and hung up). Little did she know, if you speak to me like a dog you will get the same. I spoke to the office manager but that day I decided that office no longer works for me as a new parent. (Her staff behave like 15 year olds) I need professionalism and the staff hired in that office is something out of this world. It’s sad to see this practice going down. When I first joined, She had high reviews and highly rated - her current reviews are a reflection of how poor this practice has become. Stay away is my advice.

Dr. Trespalacios is my primary care doctor & she is great. My experience with her thus far has been amazing ! Also her team members like IXA she is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for all you guys do ! God Bless you all !

Dr.T is an amazing doctor. I appreciate how she gives it to you straight no bs. She was able to help me resolve a health issue I've had for years. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great honest doctor.

Dr.Trespalacios is amazing. Best primary doctor in the state.

In my last visit I get 15 minutes earlier for my appointment as they requested it, and they took 40 minutes to take care of me, Today that I get 3:30 for my appointment that was for 3:30, and they told me that I need to reschedule my appointment, because I needed it to be there 15 minutes before my appointment.

Dr. Trespalacios has been my Primary Care doctor for several years. She is professional, extremely thorough, caring and friendly. I know I am in good hands with her. Her staff is also excellent: Efficient, courteous and friendly.

Extremely arrogant and very poor bedside manor, coupled w/ an attitude, rushed experience, and poor listening skills. Made my first appointment months out and was told how great the doc was. Told the Doc I had been doing research into my health concerns and was looking for her help. She told me, "That's your first mistake." REALLY, I am not part of my health team? Will never go back. I thought her office staff were professional, kind, and courteous, though.

I have been coming to Dr. Trespalacios for years, the staff is always very helpful. Dr. Trespalacios has the best bed side manner. Thanks and appreciation to the staff and Dr. Trespalacios for all you have done for me in getting me back to excellent health.

I guess I can’t give a zero. Just had my annual physical. Had to go 4 times to complete this. First, I arrived on time and they took me in 1/2 hour late. After the usual weight, blood pressure, they realize it was scheduled as a follow up and was told I would have to make a new appointment. Second, called for a blood work appt. And was told they would call me back in 20 min., never got a call. I called a few days later and was told I could come in any time and I did NOT need to fast. I went in and was turned away because I didn’t fast. Third trip, got the blood work done down the hall in another lab. Trip number 4, got a call two days previous and told to come in half hour early for the nurse to do her part. Evidently a 1:30 appt means when Doctor T will see you. No one was in the office when I got there (came back late from lunch) . Nurse saw me 15 min late and Dr. T was 10 min late. When she arrived she said, “I heard there was a problem with your blood labs appt. I am here for your medical needs. My staff will talk to you about anything else. When I said I was very upset she repeated that her time with me was for medical. She had no memory if I was married, hadn’t reviewed my labs, and did very little. Never apologized for any of it. Will never go back.

If you have chosen this office- just watch her behavior and if you’re considering it- KEEP LOOKING! I’m telling you, in the long run its just not worth your peace of mind. “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did..
