List of Vito Petrozzino's Reviews
1. First thing first - ladies at the front desk are so rude .. extremely rude. So please stay away from this facility 2. When asked , they say that they are following doctor’s order. Seriously ? So strange though ! 3. You are supposed to know when you child is getting sick in future so that you can take an appointment and then take your sick child that particular date to the doctor. This is what front desk assumes. Overall - 1.5 years of worst experiment at this facility. Please never ever come to these guys. I am pretty sure Doctor is aware about this and he turns a deaf ear. So overall I am upset and hate this place.
The best doctor, he cares for your kids.
Doctor Petrozzino is the best but So disrespectful and unprofessional staff 🤮Those ladies are so rude and they acting like their don’t like their job and their are doing it for free
I been going here for almost 2 years and I can say I have never had a good experience. I am finally switching to a different doctor. They rarely answer their phone even when I call different times during their business hours. The receptionist with the tattoos has a huge attitude problem and is very unpleasant. The pregnant receptionist is always rude and very unwelcoming. The spanish receptionist is the only nice one who seems like she enjoys her job. Dr. Petrozzino is nice but he really needs to hire new people. It took a week and multiple phone calls for something as simple as getting my pharmacy changed.
My son has been going to Dr. P since he was born in 2010. Dr. P is great. Always accommodating and helpful but over the years, his office staff has changed. They are rude and not helpful.
Horrible reception service. They act rudely and ask clearly xenophobic questions. The doctor can be good, but he should rethink the staff. You should feel comfortable and welcome in the place where you take your child and not disrespected and embarrassed by xenophobic questions about your private life.
We found him to be a caring doctor. I want to say thank you to him as he was patient in answering questions and was concerned for our child's health.
Dr. P is a great pediatrician, I was his patient, then his employee when I was in college, and now my daughter is his patient. He hasn't changed-- he's still very calming, knowledgeable, funny and still treats his patients and parents like family. The nurses, Sonia and Monica are also great, helpful and friendly! The front desk staff is not good, but you learn to ignore them because once you see the Dr. and the nurses, it's worth it! I travel all the way from Belleville, NJ to bring my daughter to him!
He's a great doctor! So great that I used to be his patient, and now my daughter is his patient. He truly cares about his patients and builds meaningful relationships with parents and children alike. He has a very funny and positive personality and is always so helpful and soothing. He treats you like family. The nurses Sonia and Monica are also great and friendly! His front desk staff, not so much, but you learn to ignore them because Dr. P is that great!
Been with Dr. P for 19 years. My kids adore him, so do I. Best Pediatrician ever and he loves all his patients with all his heart. One of the rare few left like him!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
