Mal servicio! Las secretarías groseras, el doctor un pedante y el lugar viejo! Muy mal lugar

Muy mal lugar yo no se para que te piden hacer sita si te atienden 10 horas después de la sita y la fila es como de 20 personas en una sala de 6x6 le doy -5 estrellas es un pésimo lugar las asistentes se creen superiores a todos y tratan muy mal a las personas si no somos animales😤

Waiting time is ridiculous, they give you a time for your appointment but won't be seen by the doctor until 4 to 6 hours later. the so called secretaries have no respect for them selfs. This place need to be shut down!! I forgot to mention if you know anyone in there they'll bring you right in. Or if you tell the so called secretaries "I have to work early morning, I'm tired, my wife/husband is waiting for me" they'll put you in front of the waiting list. Give it a try next time to visit this place. And good luck to you.

Worst medical experience ever! The doctor imposes his personal biased opinions onto patients. His demeanor was vile and narcissistic. He made the experience very uncomfortable and was quick to judge and criticize. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

This was the worst medical doctor I have ever experienced. His demeanor is vile and he imposes his personal biased opinions onto patients. He doesn't care about making a comfortable environment for his patients. It was intimidating to speak to him.

Mal servicio las muchachas que atiende se creen las dueñas del lugar con mal genio y se dilatan para atender las citas te las dan a una hora y siempre salgo alas 12 am

Worst service ever, no respect nor consideration for the patients. Be ready to wait 5 or 6 hours to be checked by the doctor.

doctor Rivera he's a 5 star doctor with on 1 Star secretaries please Dr Rivera you need new staff all of those women you hired are terribly rude a biased they are ruining your reputation they don't know how to schedule appointment every one waits for hours and they give false information it seems like if they like you they take insurance but if they don't like you they make you pay out of pocket even tho I seen people with the same insurance be taken i called to make sure you took mine even moving my primary doctor to Dr Rivera but when i went front desk had an attitude and ask well who told you we would take you who did you speak with very passive aggressive i honestly forgot but they said i would have to pay out of pocket 150 when the lady In front payed 75 no insurance . I stared to record the passive aggressive attitude of your front desk but stoped cuz you are a good doctor and don't deserve these horrible women ruining your practice but i wonder do you know there abusive towards your patience and if yes why hasn't anything been changed all these 1 ⭐ or just cuz you have the wrong people at your front desk. I can be the only one who wants to record there Karen attitude towards your patience

Péssimo atendimento, marcamos a consulta e chegamos às 09:30 às 11:30 ainda não havíamos sido atendidos, quando eu questionei a secretaria mal educada, informou que era por ordem de chegada e casos graves passavam na frente! O médico ainda iria fazer o horário de lanche para depois continuar o atendimento da sala de espera lotada! Falta de respeito com os pacientes.
