I’ve been seeing Dr. Concepcion for a number of year. She has guided me during the most difficult periods of my life . Her psychiatric expertise along with her kind and caring nature has help me manage my mental health. Finding the right psychiatrist is not easy , I consider myself fortunate to be under her care . If I had to choose one word for Dr. Concepcion it would be Outstanding !

I would not recommend this dr. My family member has a mental disorder and when in crisis, we (myself & his fiancé) tried over a week to get in contact with her for help when my family member was in crisis and we had to take him to the hospital. Still I had questions about all the different kinds of meds she prescribed for him to hopefully try something different because the current regimen wasn’t working. She neglected to call us back nor is there any other way to get in contact with her. Neither one of us has received a call back from her OR her office. And I was informed this is a regular thing when they tried in the past to reach out to her with no avail. This is unacceptable IMO especially with a patient who in crisis, is a potential danger to himself and others. If you’re looking for a dr who has compassion and cares for each patient individually & is reasonably responsive - from our experience - I would NOT choose this one.

Dr. Concepcion is the best psychiatrist I've had. She is kind, very knowledgeable, and listens to your problems very well.

She is a very knowledgeable doctor . She spends time listening to you , makes time for you. Does not preach at you .Always has your best interest and is very undertanding.

She knows a lot and she is friendly and warm she is very knowledgeable and smart the time I spend with her was very helpful to my treatment and future plans and the way to conduct my life she gave me options and ways to take meds to feel ok
