Joshua T. Mendelson's Online Review Report Card

I thought when I found Dr Mendelson, that he would help me. Cut to several medications later, several diagnoses and traditional testing that often falls short of normative testing standards (does not dig deeper), a dismissal of a previous diagnosis by another neurologist (who was actually on the right track), failure to accurately document my symptoms, and a general lack of understanding of what was going on with me - I chose to stop treatment. I went to a headache specialist who explained the link between hormones and migraines to me! In all the years, I saw Dr Mendelson, I told him repeatedly, that my symptoms worsen around my cycle. He never listened, and would just change medications. Go elsewhere!

Waited 2 months to see this dr and then they call today and cancel my appointment on Wednesday and another wait! Service sucks and so does your office staff! Her tone as if she could care less! Well if You have no patients you have no JOB! The nerve of these women attitudes.

don't think that because you make an appointment that the DR. will not take off and not tell his appointment clerk to call you to reschedule - and then when you show up at the office are treated by staff like it is your fault that the doctor was missing and no apology - go figure - these guys make way too much money -

I made an appointment months in advance, took a day off of work and paid a babysitter to be at my appointment. I showed up early to my appointment that was verified via phone, email etc and completed all forms before arriving. I was told me appointment was a different time (20 mins prior than my physical confirmation of time scheduled that I showed to the front desk staff). The employee at the front called the physician and said I arrived “late” for my appointment when he called the physician and said I would have to reschedule. In explaining everything to the office manager and showing her my physical appointment confirmation they told me they could not see me. As a health care provider myself I could not be more disgusted with this practice and office. They should be ashamed of the way they treat a patient who has done everything correctly to arrive and prepare for an appointment. I will strongly advise to never use this practice and my friends and family who already do. Shameful.

In explaining everything to the office manager and showing her my physical appointment confirmation from both the day in December the appointment was made and from one week prior to appointment they told me they could not see me. As a health care provider myself I could not be more disgusted with this practice and office. They should be ashamed of the way they treat a patient who has done everything correctly to arrive and prepare for an appointment. I will strongly advise to never use this practice to anyone inquiring and will warn my friends and family who already do. Incredibly Shameful.

Up and left the practice without letting us know. Extremely poor health provider. Or not!

Dr. Mendelson is amazing and listens to my concerns! Barbra, his medical receptionist is a sweet heart and always follows up! They are such a great team! Highly recommend!!
