I have been a patient there for about 3 or so years. I go there monthly for my medication and the front office associates take my blood pressure and scale my weight. From the very begging, they had me running back and forth. Today I waited 2 hours (from 9:50 - - left 11:50) - what should have ten or less minutes for them to basically ask me "how are you?" and write my prescription as i take a 2 minute regular question test. But as monthly scheduled I sat for there for 120 minutes for the doctor to say "you need to get blood work done" - which took 5 minutes... No concentration on the fact that I have other things to do and attended certain scheduled matters.
