My husband and I have been going to Dr. Carracino for years and we love him and recommend him to others. Thorough, empathic and professional. He deserves 5+. However, getting through to his office help (who are helpful and courteous) is very difficult. When I call I am told by message that I might have to wait up to 3 business days to receive a response. Not helpful if in pain or very ill.

In over 20 years of being a patient, I have found Dr. Carracino to be extremely caring, honest and to have my best interests in mind. He has never over-prescribed, talked down to me (as some doctors do) or given me a line of BS. He is frank when needed and supportive as needed. This is the only doctor I have been seeing regularly for so long a period of time.

My father was a patient of his for over 15 years and recently Carracino told him he was in liver failure and to go directly to the ER. My father went, only to find out his liver was fine but through several days of testing other horrible and unfortunate issues were revealed. Not only did Carracino never discover ANY of these issues, but, HE NEVER ONCE CALLED, followed up with, or saw my father in the hospital!!! Shortly after my father was released from the hospital he moved in with me and I set him up with all new doctors. It is absolutely ungodly how many medical problems had been overlooked but most horrific is how a doctor could have ZERO interest in his patient after telling him to go to the ER bc he’s in liver failure. What a disgrace. Update: It has now been several months since my father was sent to the ER for liver failure and Carracino’s office never called him again. It is absolutely unbelievable.

Doctor Robert Carracino is the best !!! I have been his patient for over 15 years. Not once has he snapped at me or got upset. I am a hypochondriac and he has only been the best. Takes my call always even if it’s 5 times a week. Love him !!!!
