List of Byong K. Park's Reviews
1- Privacy is non-existent - the scale/bp/medical history area is IN THE HALLWAY where other patients can hear what is being asked and answered. 2 - The nurses are awful. If a patient declines to be weighed that should absolutely be respected. If I say no, I don't expect to be berated by the nurse. EVERY other dr office I have gone to has made this a non-issue. GET WITH THE TIMES. 3 - The waiting room is insufficient and overcrowded. Allow patients to wait in their car or outside, as many dr. offices allow now.
I went to his office with joint pain and fatigue symptoms. I'm in my 40s, so I wanted to see what was wrong with me. He was very dismissive and told me there was nothing wrong and that I should stretch my fingers for my hand joint pain. He then told me I needed bloodwork to dig deeper and find out more. I told him that since I follow a plant-based diet, I needed to check my vitamin B12 levels. He had no idea what a plant-based/vegan diet was, so I had to explain, which by his facial expression, was confusing to him. I also told him I needed to check my testosterone levels, and he resisted the idea, but after further insistence on my part, he gave in. When I finally received my blood work results, he told me I didn’t have arthritis, so he refused to refer me to a specialist. He also told me all my numbers, including my testosterone, were within range. After going to a hormone specialist and getting on TRT, I’m back to normal. So please stay away from this “doctor.”
Very rude office staff
Horrible! Don't waste your time or money. They don't help you with anything. The front desk is horrible and the doctor googles everything.
They've been unable to fill one of my prescriptions for WEEKS. I've received different excuses over time, but I'm left to believe it's just incompetence. I've been in person maybe 4 or 5 times and called at least 10 times to get this fixed, but no one is able to get anything done. This has become my full time job since these are medical supplies I NEED. Wondering if it would be quicker to just find another endocrinologist and have them fill the prescription.
Been seeing Dr Singh for over 8 years including 2 other Dr's but no disrespect to them. They are great but Dr Singh is the #1 Dr for me and my wife. He never gets lost in the $$$ aspect of the business. He is all about the patient. Email and script requests are responded to immediately. Unfortunately not every Dr will treat you as good as Dr Singh. I will also say staff is top notch also. They are respectful and courteous....
I’ve been going to UM for 10+ years & it was never an issue to get an appointment. As of the last few years it’s next to impossible to get someone on the phone or an appointment within the same week. Not sure what happened to the practice but I’m very disappointed. I love Dr. Singh, nothing bad to say about him, the practice itself needs to do better. I’ve called at least 10x within the last 48 hours & I’ve left multiple VM & haven’t received a call back. I’ll finally be leaving UM, how can one have a primary doctor whom they can’t get an apt/in touch with?
Been going there for years, great place.
Staff lies about prescription's being sent. Lies says call the pharmacy. They say call the doctor and it goes round and round. Staff plays games with you and fake cry’s. Tells you they can’t help you. Pretends to send it agian. Stay away will steal your money.
James B. Don’t waste your money with telemedicine they will rob you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
