We were assessed as soon as we came in by Sarah and she was kind and thorough. We were taken back right away. The nurse practitioner, Leigh Buenvenida, was excellent! She not only was thorough but had a great personality and we would request her if we have to come back!!Brittany was also helping. It made it a very good experience. Thanks so much to all of you.
They don t listen to your systems but will just give you a Covid test and send you out. And when you hear the doctor talking about how bad he doesn t like his patients in the hall way, isn t the office I want to be in.
I was so impressed with this walk in medical center. From the second I walked in to the second I walked out the staff were all so friendly, well organized and efficient. I highly recommend this place and will go back if needed.
Never in my life have I had an experience like I did at this office. The doctor (didn t get a name) was the most unprofessional medical personal I ve ever come into contact with. The overall experience was great until he came in the room at the end and was a complete jerk. I left there practically in tears from feeling so belittled . Not saying anyone shouldn t go there but be aware of a psycho doctor.
I really hate to write this review... but I need to voice out my concern.I visited this CityMD and received exceptional care from Dr. Ruggiero. I was on my way to healing. He had amazing bedside manners, and his assistant was also very kind. He wrapped up my burn wound on my hand very gently, and sent me home with non-adherent pads as well as wrapping tape. 5+ star care.Unfortunately for some reason, my progress last week took a turn for the worst, so I tried going back to see him today.I called and heard he was on staff today. I waited TWO HOURS just to see a nurse practitioner that said my wound "might be infected" and sent me some antibiotics. That didn't give me assurance that it really was infected? I had to call the manager just to double check if I should take the antibiotics. The nurse practitioner also was leaving the room without wrapping up my wound, and I had to catch her asking what I should do with my wound. Sending me off safely was almost like an after thought. Unlike Dr. Ruggiero, she didn't leave me with anything to take home (tape/non-adherent pads) so I had to ask the front desk for gauze.2 hours of waiting, high co-pay, and an UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING provider? NEVER AGAIN. She really gives nurse practitioners a bad rep... I wish I could give her 0 stars.
Bad customer service.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. So many better facilities you can use.
Every single person that works here is absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and kind.
Not the best follow-up, but nice staff!
I went in for a sinus infection. The receptionist (that took my copay) was very nice. However, while sitting in the waiting room, I didn t care to hear about her position on politics that particular day, with the others in the office.Waited about 2 hours to be called into the room. The PA, was very apologetic and sympathetic to my long wait. She was thorough with my exam, specifically, to rule out COVID.All in all, a long wait time was to be expected, due to the current situation with COVID.Other than that (lol), I would DEF recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
