The only complaint about my recent visit was the wait time… I arrived 15 minutes early, as I was told, and understood I would have to wait…however, three sets of patients came after me and all were taken before me…I am aware that patients are there for different procedures….so, after about one hour, I approached the desk and asked if I was being taken soon as I had been waiting almost an hour…after approximately ten minutes, I was called…otherwise, my experience was very professional and the procedure was explained in terms I could understand
