I still don't know why you threw me out of your office. I came to you in pain, I said a 9 and it was and still is true. I don't know what offense you needed revenge for by doing this. So I'll go elsewhere and my treatment will be delayed. So be it. Don't go here, they have not care for their patients. If readers want to know exactly what happened: I came in for a pinched nerve causing severe leg pain, with Dr. Roehrig. I'm unable to walk more than a dozen feet without doubling over in pain. He came in, very rude; when I asked to see my MRI scan, he derisively said, "can you read an MRI," like, really, can a person recognize bones and nerves in a picture? I pointed out the L3 and L4 spine bones and the disc protruding and nerve being pressed, and he said yes that's it. He said the remedy was an injection, and I said great. I asked if a back brace or chiropractor could help in the meantime and he said no. An injection date in two weeks was set, and he left. Very rude doctor. So the nurse then is doing all the paperwork, and say, okay sign this that you are cash-responsible since you are refusing conservative care, by which she means 6 weeks physical therapy. I was like, but we just went over that PT won't help (the chiropractor), and she was like, that's the rules. And, sure, I'm upset, I have to live with this pain for two months now, when the Dr just told me there's a ready solution?? Did I curse? NO. So at 5 PM that day I get a call from their office saying I am discharged, because I was "abusive." Okay, again, was I upset? Yes. Was I "abusive?" Not at all. I was trying to determine: who's rule is this, is there a way around it, if not, when is the first date I can get the injection, etc., asking questions, all while doubled over in pain, when I would expect a "nurse" to try to be helpful and not say I was abusive just for asking these question. And I love how they wait until 5 PM (on a Friday), when everyone is closed so I can't call anyone to get an appointment otherwise. That's why I count this as "revenge," they did not like me asking these questions, and so they waited until they could delay my treatment elsewhere as long as possible, and prolong my pain as long as possible, to make this phone call "discharging" me from their practice, for "abusing" the nurse. By asking questions. To me, this borders on criminal. The real funny part of this story is I just got a survey. Okay, really: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, because, they'll not only not help you, but apparently they have a mean streak and will try to hurt you if they don't like you.
Dr Bhatnagar did a great job on my neck Fusion. No reason for anyone to go any where else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
