Thelma Buerano's Online Review Report Card

Sharing some feedback about my recent attempt to schedule a new patient appointment for my parents. A few friends in my neighborhood had recommended Dr Buerano but unfortunately never got to see the doctor because of a specific staff member named Deanna. I have scheduled the appointment two months ago, but apparently it was scheduled for a different day. I understand that scheduling errors can happen, but I was very disappointed by the lack of concern shown by her. Despite my attempting to explain a significant inconvenience of making rearrangements to take time off from work to take them for the appointment, she was very rude and dismissive towards me. Now my parents are running low on their meds, and I don’t know if I can get them scheduled in time. I wish the doctor look into this matter so her staff doesn’t chase away potential new patients in the future

Dr Buerano is the best. She listens and understands how to treat her patients. She picked up on an issue that could have caused problems with my heart and I am grateful. She also has a great personality and sense of humor. Look no further for a doctor

I became a patient of Dr. Buerano in 2010. I went for my first appointment, right leg that day was hot, swollen, and hurt. Dr. Buerano sent me to emergency and boom....they had me hooked up and shot up and tested. I had DVT and two PE's. She saved my life! Again, 4 plus years later, clot in right leg was back.Didn't like swelling in my feet, she immediately sent me to hospital for test and had a major clot. The radiologist conferred with her and both recommended a filter. She is my angel!

We moved here last fall and Dr. Beurano was recommended by several neighbors who said that she takes time to really listen and understand each patient. She gave me the most thorough physical I've ever had, identifying an issue no one else ever caught! She provides the kind of comprehensive, individual medicine that is rarely found. You may have to spend some time in her waiting room, but IT IS WORTH IT. Dr. Beurano also has a talented and caring staff.

Dr Buerano is outstanding, she listens and applies your concerns to compassionate care. She is thorough and diligent. Nurse Annette is the epitome of nursing excellence. She is positive, warm and extremely aware of patient needs, absolutely perfect! Deanna is the best office manager ever. All of my paperwork, copies and receipts were done instantly, while she was tending to others and answering calls!

Dr Buerano is very thorough, focused and caring. She listens and explains how to help in your health decisions. The staff is outstanding, nurse Annette is wonderful, she makes the atmosphere warm, relaxed and positive, a very professional advocate. Deanna is the best office manager, she had all my paperwork copied, receipt and updated in a flash, I thought she was twins. I've found my caregivers!
