7 years ago I had a seizure in Community Memorial Hospital in Toms River, It was there that I met Dr.Amor Metha.and subsequently followed him to his practice The Center for Epilepsy and Seizures. The description of him and his practice is “spot. on. Ha is a very competent and caring Doctor. I feel very confident in his care and have received excellent service from his very qualified staff.

should be an air conditioner repairman or engage in some trade that requires no compassion or human contact. has no regard for the well being of his patients. truly did not care if I lived or died and told me so on my first visit. should have left right then and there and not looked back. instead wasted three valuable months trying to get care here after a stroke. my advice is to stay away. office staff excellent.

I was a patient of Dr. Mehta for over two years,he’s an excellent Dr, but it’s his way or the highway,and he cares about his patients! And Heather once you get to know her she takes good care of you! I left another review which I deleted because it wasn’t true and I want to apologize To Dr. Mehta and Heather! Trust me you will be in the best of care with these two!!

Hi Heather, My initial visit to meet you and Dr.Mehta was very detailed and thourough. On my initial visit you guys spent hours reviewing my case assuring me that I was in good hands and for that I thank you ! I also just wanted to let you know that the time spent Thursday - Saturday during my EEG was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable with a comfortable chair, bed, desk kitchen and big screen TV with Netflix. The staff is very friendly, professional, and very attentive ensuring you are very comfortable. I’m going to get one of those red buzzers for the house...LOL The three days was actually very relaxing and I would pursuade anyone having an EEG done that there is no better place to get it done than at Neurology Center for Epilepsy in Marlboro NJ. The food service was presented very nicely, everyday, there is a menu from famous local restaurants. The team converts the take-out food putting it on a tray as if you are in a 5 star hotel. The entire building is First Class from Dr.Mehta to your entire team. Thanks again, its very comforting to know I am in good hands and this Epilepsy problem will no longer be concerning for me and my family !

After going to this office for some time, my son (pt) and I ( mom) have decided to leave. I thought Dr Mehta cared, but looking back there were many red flags. I also experienced that same treatment that others have spoke about, the rudeness, the belittling and the arrogance on several occasions. I am writing this review, to inform the next potential patient. Trust your gut!! , your thoughts and feelings are valid…… PLEASE advocate for yourself and/or your loved one. And, remember…if it doesn’t feel right….trust your gut…it’s not!

I cannot put into words, the appreciation and admiration that I have for Dr.Mehta, Dr. Heather and the entire staff of this practice. I started going to them three years ago for issues with seizures. During the time of me being there my health was slowly declining, which they witnessed and helped to steer me in the direction with doctors to put me on a road to health. It is with their help that I have now gotten my seizures under control, but also my health restored. I am now on a path back to my old, healthy self, and I owe it all to them. As I said, words cannot express the amount of care they give to the patients that put their health in their hands.

My son sees Dr Jaclyn Romero. She is amazing. She spends a lot of time going over everything. She really cares. We saw a different neurologist that dismissed our concerns. Dr Romero listened. She has already gone above and beyond to find out what is going on with our son. I would recommend her over and over again. She is fantastic.
