Dr. Guiliano diagnosed what many other doctors have missed for decades. I went to her to discuss 'fainting' episodes I would sporadically get and what many other doctors chalked up to a sudden drop in sugar (although I'm not diabetic or hypoglycemic), Dr. Guiliano knew right away that was not the case. She referred me to either a neurologist or a cardiologist because she was certain it was much more than a sugar problem - and she was right. I was later diagnosed with epilepsy, 20+ years after the first time I 'fainted'. I owe her quite literally my life.

One star only because of the awful staff. Every time I try to book an appointment, no one answers and I’m forced to leave a voicemail. No one even bothers to return the many voicemails I’ve left. Time to find a new doctor

Dr Guliano is kind, caring and thorough. Admittedly, as a physician myself, I am not a very good patient but as I have 3 children and am in my 40s, I made an appointment with her (she is conveniently located in the building next to my office) - the first primary care physician for ME. She has a calming demeanor, an amazing bedside manner and to me, she is a “doctor’s doctor”, which is why I go to her. Must say, “doing it yourself” medicine is not very good anymore for me as I get older and I now entrust Dr Guliano’s sage advice as a means to be there - as healthy as possible for my family. Through her encouragement and her thoughtful and practical advice to try non prescription options to reduce my weight and lower my blood sugar, I am at the healthiest I have been, since 10th grade and at my high school weight again. I have more energy and feel great all because of my wonderful and caring primary care PHYSICIAN. Thank you Dr Guliano!

Absolutely love Dr.Guliano.. she takes her time with you. She explaines and answers questions that you may have. Her bedside manor is awesome. So happy I found a doctor that I can trust.

I have been around the block and back and have never been as pleased with a doctor as I am with Dr.Guliano. I never feel rushed and I truly believe she cares about me (and all her patients). Her support staff is great and Terry, the Marlboro Office manager is accessible and responsive in the rare case that there is a problem with billing or scheduling. Given the new world we are in regarding medical care and doctor patient interaction.. I feel truly fortunate to have found Dr. Guliano. ..

She always listens, doesn’t disregard what you say, explains, without being condescending (as so many other doctors I’ve had in the past have done). She is my favorite doctor and I will continue to see her as long as she will have me as a patient.

By far , the most knowledgeable ,sweet , kind , well spoken , with AMAZING bed side manors DR I've ever dealt with !!!!! She listened and spoke to me like we've know each other for years !!! I really wish every DR was like DR. GULIANO !!! I DEFINITELY would recommend her !!!!
