She was up to date on the latest treatments, compassionate and thorough! I’m glad I found her!

I was misdiagnosed and mistreated by this doctor which contributed to severe post treatment side effects.

Dr. Introcaso has been my dermatologist for almost two years. She excels at what I, as a physician, advise medical students and residents [in no specific order]: listen; observe; question; explain; advise.. I know that she treats - pun not intended - all patients equally well and with great care and compassion.

Dr. Introcaso met me for the first time and told me that I would not be permitted to discuss all of my concerns. The primary purpose of my visit was a body scan. I would have to make another appointment to ask my questions. I was only to discuss one or maybe two. After 5 minutes, a member of her staff came in clearly with the intent of moving her along to the next patient. I cannot remember ever seeing a doctor who would not discuss my concerns. I saw her for 8 minutes. I can't rate her as a physician except to say that the medicine she suggested I try for my thinning hair did not work for me. I followed the instructions to the letter. I will never go back.

Thought Dr. Introcaso seemed promising. Unfortunately, had a bad experience and won't be returning. Would recommend seeking treatment with someone else.

My biggest dermatology concerns are sun damage and aging and I have seen Dr. Introcaso a number of times for the treatment of those issues. She is wonderful! She takes the time to listen to your concerns, address all of your questions, explain the benefit and/or risks of any procedures, and I always feel like I am in the very best hands. Over the last few years, I have had a number of IPL treatments as well as the fraxel laser treatment and I have been THRILLED with the results. For me, I really need to like my doctor and believe in them and I feel this very strongly about Dr. Introcaso. She is a lovely person and by the way, her skin is amazing! I joke with her during appointments that what I want most is for my skin to look like hers. I recommend her to everyone I know!

My appointment was for 11:15, first time seeing this doctor. She did a head to toe (literally) examination of my skin and removed one large skin tag. I was out of the building by 12:10. It was not rushed at all, just very efficient. All staff were good to deal with. I am very satisfied with the attention paid to my concerns and thrilled with the promptness of being seen. No unnecessary waiting at any time during the visit. A lesson for all practices!

Dr. Introcaso is awesome! I saw her last week for a checkup and she made me feel super comfortable. She has such a warm and caring personality and took time to address all of my concerns. Also, as someone with a lot of tattoos, I often feel a bit nervous before doctors' appts as I feel as though I am being judged. I did not feel uncomfortable with Dr Introcaso at all. She is so sweet and just a great doctor and I will be absolutely using her as my dermatologist from here on out!

Dr. Introcaso found and diagnosed a patch of basal cell carcinoma on my scalp after a ten minute consultation. I spent years thinking it was just psoriasis and she deduced from my family history and its placement that it was something more serious. She biopsied and had me squared away with a surgical appointment (supplying all info and answering all my freaked out questions) within 30 minutes. Couple this with the fact that the entire staff is top notch and I have a derm for life!
