List of Charles Glass's Reviews
I have been going to Dr Glass for several years now. This month he performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He is thorough, compassionate and explains everything in terms a non medical person can understand. He always offers to take your questions or your call if need be.
Excellent caring doctor.....he did my cataract surgery. I had no issues and he made sure to followup. I go to Dr. Glass for my routine eye exams and he's always listens to my concerns.
Dr Glass is a knowledgeable caring physician. Always spent whatever time necessary to cover any concerns I might of had. Several years with him and no concerns with my health or his care.
Definitely seems to be concerned with providing quality health care vs "in it for the money". He is thorough and considerate of me as a patient. Single provider practice may cause availability problems that I have never experienced. Always quick to return calls/follow up. Does seem a bit intolerant of specialists and big pharma but it does not in my opinion affect his performance.
Receptionist will squeeze you in if you deem it necessary. Receptionist does get back to you quickly. The doctor sits down with you and listens to all of your concerns. The doctor exams you and then comes up with the plan of action . He will set up an appointment to see him within 2-3 days to follow up on your condition and to see you have made improvement. At your first visit, he uses his laptop to text in prescriptions. Often I am able to go directly to the druggist and pick up my medicine. He has gone out of the way to make his waiting room and e xaminng room far less stressful. I have found that he has also gone out of his way with everything he does to make the patient more comfortable than others his profession.
He misdiagnosed myself twice and one time I had a serious illness that he called Bronchitis not what it really was I don't trust him for my worst enemy
I completely agree with the last 2 reviews. We have been seeing doctor glass for the past 7-10 years. I don't know why we put up with him for so long. We have had enough and are finding a new doctor. He is extremely rude, unfriendly (never smiles). He acts like he is better and smarter than you and gets annoyed if you ask questions. One time he actually said, just trust me instead of explaining why he was suggesting a certain medication. He has a terrible bedside manner. The front desk is disorganized with papers all over the place and no good filing system.
I have been very disappointed with Dr. Glass. He has been rude and and rather openly condescending. I obviously don't expect my doctor to be my friend, but I don't think it's too much to ask to want to be treated respectfully.
This doctor is rude, arrogant and watches the clock. 15 minutes and you're out the door. He is unfriendly, appears better than you, never have me a physical but spent 15 minutes telling me about his education. I already checked him out and his credentials were great. Too bad he didn't live up to them. Stay away is my advise.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
