I have been going to Dr Pepe for years for shoulder problems and he is excellent and he always gets me out of pain. He is always pleasant and compassionate. He is the best doc I’ve ever been to at Rothman!

Doc is the boom

He is awesome! I tore my ACL in the beginning of this year and Dr. Pepe was my surgeon. The entire process went so smooth. Every appointment was great and I was given great information and and amazing care and would recommend Dr. Pepe in a heartbeat.

Dr. Pepe read my history and listened to me explain my condition very carefully and responded with a diagnosis a plan of treatment that was in keeping with my past history, age, and current physical condition. Started treatment at this appt. with no guarantee but a wait and see attitude. I report now, a week after a shoulder Injection, I have 90% relief of pain and motion. Thank you Dr. Pepe.

Our son tore his ACL and both Meniscus. Dr. Pepe was wonderful. He took the time to explain the injury in detail and elaborate on what to expect pre and post surgery. The actual surgery went smoothly- the entire staff, including the anesthesiologist were excellent and he had minimal pain after day three and the wound looked surprisingly good. Minimal stitches and bandages. Thrilled with the care at Rothman from start to finish.

This is the second time I needed Dr Pepe’s help, and just like 7 years ago when I needed a shoulder/bicep repair, I felt very comfortable in his care. Dr Pepe and Jessica (his PA-C) are both awesome. Great bedside manner as well as knowledge and compassion, a welcome change for a patient with complex medical history! I appreciate dr Pepe taking the extra time to understand the broader picture, provide referrals for additional diagnostics and come up with an overall plan. I am always happy to recommend dr Pepe to my family and friends.

Dr. Pepe is great very personable and a great surgeon.

I came in with a ruptured calf. I’m thankful for Dr. Pepe and Jess who saw the urgency after the MRI, educated me on how critical surgery was for me to regain my mobility and quickly moved to fit me in for the procedure. Jess made herself available even reaching out on her day off for any questions before the surgery and even afterwards when I had complications from the anesthesia. Also, I admittedly have this odd anxious quirk about anyone being near and touching that area even Dr. Pepe who did such a wonderful job with the procedure, I know it’s weird but I appreciate Dr. Pepe’s patience with my anxiety, his calm demeanor and bedside manner makes my visits go much more smoothly.

I have been seen at Rothman for many different ailments. They have been absolutely incredible at both the diagnosis of an issue, as well as the repair. My most recent interaction has been with Chris Hart and Dr. Pepe for a leg issue. They were knowledgeable and willing to do everything they could to resolve my problem. Surgery went very well & bedside manner was fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Pepe and his colleagues for all your orthopedic needs!
