WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. The communication from this practice is absolutely HORRENDOUS. Stay far away. My son had been attending for almost a year and this was his first year in daycare so we had been sick quite a bit. Even though I cancelled way in advance, they moved our schedule to a flex schedule without even notifying or calling me. Then come to find out they are supposed to call every Monday to let me know what times are available and they did not even do that. We will be finding a new and reputable speech therapist.
I will say Ms. Katie is wonderful. My issue is the appointments. 30 minute sessions are actually only 25 (you get called back a minute or two late and they end the sessions early so they can write notes). Every time! They schedule appointments back to back with no time for the therapists to write notes or look up the next patient. It's poorly designed. Takes longer for me to drive there. They don't have hour appointments. I don't think the many sessions we went to over multiple months helped at all. I did go back in the room every appointment while most parents wait in the waiting room.
😁Very happy with MJKidz Marlton My son is almost 5 and he has demonstrated anxiety with eating, only eats the same 5 foods. I was referred to MJ kidz. The speech language pathologist Becky was AMAZING! 🥰Seriously the way she interacted with my son was on point for his age, made him comfortable and trust her, he even took bites of food he would never touch prior. He loved it there and can’t wait to go back to “food play class”
Horrible answering service never answer the phones! Can’t even get a first appointment for an evaluation! Phone rings forever can’t leave a message phone rings like 50 times!
They have done amazing with my son. He has so much fun and his speech has really improved since we started. He always looks forward to going and they don't just teach him, they teach us what we can do to help him succeed. Such a great program. -- Madison Rogers
Great staff and great environment. My son enjoys going and learning.
They don’t care! We got kicked out with zero warning due to “too many missed classes/absences”. Especially after my daughter was on and off sick (cold first then ear infection), yes, there were a few that I called in that we couldn’t make it due to that or that I was called last minute into nyc office for my work. Being a single parent it was a bit difficult to be in two places at the same time. I’m sure they will now reply to this review with their boilerplate policy etc etc (which frankly no one reads off a 10 page handbook), but I am angry with them is that they could have at least given me a reminder about whatever their dictatorial attendance policy is. They could have at least shown some understanding of my situation but clearly they don’t care much. This is the text of their one and only email notification, the day we got kicked out: “This email is to notify you that your child has been removed from our reserved scheduling per our policy. Xxxxx has had multiple absences this quarter, over 10 absences and none of the missed sessions have been rescheduled. Attendance is crucial and failure to be present not only impacts the ability to progress but it also hinders the maximum benefits a child can receive from therapy”. So, solve a problem by creating an even bigger one (dropping my kid completely because that will surely benefit her progress). Whenever I called to let them know we couldn’t make it due to the reasons above, all they kept saying was “would you like to reschedule?”. They never said anything that if I don’t reschedule I’d be kicked out!! And I did try to schedule make up classes several times, but couldn’t find a slot they have offered bc my daughter has a packed schedule with multiple after school, other therapy etc. It’s funny how when they changed her therapist multiple times in us with zero notification that was totally fine, but the other way around it’s not. This just goes to prove they could care less of dropping us and leaving me to scramble and find someone else (with gaps in therapy and basically restarting from scratch). So yes, not eagerly awaiting your boilerplate response to this. Good riddance!

I highly recommend MJ Kidz for children experiencing speech delays and challenges. Ms. Claire and Ms. Alea have helped my daughter overcome many Speech obstacles. The entire staff is knowledgeable and very supportive.
My daughter looks forward to her weekly sessions with Hannah Ticho. She makes speech therapy and learning fun! Thank you for all you do

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
