Staff themselves are friendly and helpful. They are also very quick for early morning appointments. Great conversation once I was in the back. Felt I was very well taken care of. Scheduling is an issue though.I had to call and make sure that the appropriate appointment was made aligning with the right doctor as well as location. Come to find out I showed up and the doctor I was supposed to see wasn't even in office that week. Last time I tried to schedule they told me I had to go to a different location. I also made an 8am appointment and showed up at 745am to be told the appointment was at 815.While I was in the waiting room, 2 ladies came in to check in for their 9am appointment. The front desk told them their appointment was cancelled because it was for 730am or something. So outrageous with the lack of communication and confirmation.Would definitely go back here though as it is a great facility with friendly staff, but make sure you're ready to call them regularly to confirm your appointment information. I felt so bad for the 2 elderly ladies that sat and waited when they were clearly almost an hr early for what I am assuming is their correct appointment time.

Inconsiderate of patients time and scheduled. I showed up 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment only to be told the tech was running at least 1/2 behind all day and I needed to wait. When asked why they did not call to let me know they were rude in telling me not to be so aggressive and to either wait or come back. COMPLETE disregard for my time. When asked what would happen if I showed up 30+ minutes late for my appt they just ignored my question.Overall attitude by all was I was there to serve them!

No signs to let patients know exactly where they are located. The addresses are wonky in that road. We could not find the place. Then it was closed during the time of our appointment. We were given an 8:30am appo6on a Saturday but it did not open until 9. A mess !
