List of Rudolf Zak's Reviews
There are many qualified doctors around, but unfortunately they have one foot out the door while they talk to you because they have other patients waiting. Dr. Zak is not like that. He seems to care. He answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him and his staff.
Positive post op follow up. Entire staff experience was excellent.
Dr Zak provided a solution to a long time painful issue that I had and to which no one else could resolve. Dr Zak and his team kept me informed each step of the way through day of surgery and recovery. Everyone was extremely responsive to any concerns. Physical therapy staff was also wonderful! Thanks to all of the efforts of Dr Zak and the MBO team, I am able walk steady and pain-free!!
Great guy and very Professional, very well knowledgeable about his job and very good at his job and one of the nicest guy around the best price in town, on time to the appointment, thank you for your help.
My daughter, 14 years old, and I had a horrible experience with Dr. Zak. On our 1st visit he put her in a boot for your Navicular bone. On our second visit he barely looked at her foot asked her if it still hurt and recommended surgery! I was shocked.!!! This was after covid and I suspect he was looking to do as many surgeries as possible before the year (2020) to make up for money he didn't make during the shut down. How terrible of a doctor to be all about the money and NOT the patient. I will not recommend and I will never go back to this practice. I took her to another doctor who he would not do surgery and recommended several other options. BEWARE OF RUDOLF ZAK, DPM!!!
Dr. Zak is an angel. I fractured my ankle pretty badly in June 2019. Had a horrible experience with my first surgeon and was in severe pain for months. I was referred to Dr. Zak and after another surgery I am finally walking around again and back to work. I am so thankful for Dr. Zak as I felt hopeless before I was under his care. Thank you for everything. Your patience, kindness, and dedication makes all the difference for someone going through a tough time after a traumatic injury.
I've been having foot issues for years now and finding Dr. Zak has changed my life. He does excellent work and makes the entire process painless. Katie Katie Trauner has been amazing as well. She has guided me through the entire process for 2 years and her customer service is top notch.
Working with Dr. Zak has been great over the last two years. He and Katie Trauner have made the entire process smooth as can be. Thank you and Katie for all you do.
very good,,rt. ankle surgery,,,,,8 weeks walking,,,with help,,very good,,,healing very well,,,now its new years,,walking a lot better,,so far no ankle pain,,, very good Docter....
As a flight attendant diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, I was experiencI guess a large amount of pain, almost unable to walk at times. As the nature of my job keeps me on my feet for hours on end and walking on extremely hard surfaces, I was rendered almost immobile. I called out sick from work to nurse my feet until I could get my second visit and second cortisone shot from Dr. Zak. As I did not know how effective the second shot would be, I asked him to fill out FMLA (family leave) paperwork that would excuse my past absence from work as a possibly ongoing medical condition and would also allow me the ability to do physical therapy if my condition continued as almost unbearable without being penalized at work . I explained the nature of my job, and he has refused to fill out the paperwork. I asked what am I to do if I can barely walk? The answer was, I don’t know. But I’m not giving you family leave for Plantar Fasciitis. I qualify for it and my company sanctions it. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointing he has been to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
