I made the appointment in one day on zocdoc.. The Dr froze my skin tags off in 4mins.. So easy & fast!

The office looks nice, is clean and well maintained. Setting up appointments is fast and easy. I was able to be seen for an emergency within 24hr, which is amazing. Staff are friendly and personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I got thorough attention during my visit and didn't feel rushed or ignored. You guys are the best, ask the way round!

Edit: since being taken over, this office has gotten 100% better Horrible. I was here years before and Dr. Toomi barely looked at my skin (or made eye contact), prescribed a boat load of skin meds sold at the office, and sent me on my way without addressing my concerns and AFTER I waited an hour past my appointment. Today I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Over an hour wait with a different doctor. I kept being told the doctor would be right into the exam room but waited even more. I got up and left. Nothing has changed. Read the reviews and take your skin issues to a better practice!

I had a great experience with Dr. Demina. She made me feel welcomed, accepted and belonged. Most importantly, she is patient and listens when I share what I am going through. I will happily bring my family members to Dr. Demina. I can't recommend her enough.

I appreciated that we were able to make an appointment quickly. Once we arrived to the office, we were greeted right away, taken back and treated promptly. We were given a treatment plan and a return appointment. It was a great visit for our first time with this office.
