I had been dealing with problems with my left foot and right ankle. After a few visits with my GP, I decided to go to a specialist. I ve been to this practice before but this was my first visit with Dr Shou. He was able to get to the reasons for my issues and planned out a solution. I would highly recommend Dr Shou.

Dr. Shou is very professional and was very educational about my options and what the outcomes would be depending on what choice I made. Unfortunately, due to the length of questions my visit was long. But Dr. Shou was very very patient and compassionate towards my situation I just had underwent reconstructive foot surgery and tendon repair yesterday at vantage surgical center. Dr. Shou called me this morning to check in on me. And again was going over things I should contact him about, pain management and using ice on the extremity. Dr. Shou is the best! Would definitely recommend. Also Diana his surgical scheduler is also great. She was very helpful throughout this process.

I broke my foot on a Saturday.. I was given an appointment with Dr. Shou on Monday and had surgery on Wednesday. Dr Shou and his staff were professional and took great care of me. They made all my pre surgery appointments which made the process run smoothly. I have always had excellent care whenever I have seen doctors at Reconstructive Orthopedics. I always recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for orthopedic care.

Not only is reception staff amazing...helpful on phone and in person (I forgot my mask and they walked out all the way to me to give and waited to hold the door open for mee cheerful the whole time..in waiting room walked to me for my insurance cards and all so I didn't have to crutch to the desk) the techs were beyond helpful and friendly. The dr himself is patient,listens and wanted to give me plenty of time to ask questions and such as well as explains things so I understood 100%. They call after care to checkup. Best specialist ive ever been too. I go out of my way to this office because of the staff and efficiency they all go above and beyond to achieve.

Dr. Shou and his team are the best . Dr. Shou is thorough -giving full explanations , answers all of your questions and concerns . You leave your first visit with a proactive game plan. . The staff is also extremely professional and treat their patients w respect and compassion. For the first time in many years I have relief from constant foot pain .

Made a same day appointment, was able to explain my foot and ankle issues thoroughly. Dr. Shou listened to everything I explained and had no issues explaining my conditions. This visit was for a second opinion and honestly I made the right decision to come to this facility. Excellent doctor and even helped my foot pain the same day... highly recommended
