Dr Hozack has done both of my hips. Not only relieving the daily pain that limits most of us but has allowed me to work , and live my best life. My family and myself were kept well informed. From early diagnosis thru to recovery , any decision made was informed and the correct decision. His staff and facilities are second to none This was most clear as I realized how many friends and coworkers he had repaired. My only regret was I should of started the process sooner .

Everyone from the friendly woman at the check in desk, Tamar the physician assistant, Michelle, Kelly and anyone who took care of me on Thursday, they were all knowledgeable and kind. Oh, I can’t forget Dr. Hozack he talked me through the process. I didn’t feel rushed
