Dr. Leo is the type of doctor everyone deserves. She is professional, attentive, and reassuring, always having the best interest in mind for her patients. She always listens, explains, and answers any questions I have in a way that is comforting and informative. Her nurse, Salena, is also an absolute professional with such an empathetic disposition. Dr. Leo and Salena are an incredible asset to the office.

Shore Physicians Group Marmora medical office is wonderful. A warm experience from start to finish, from Christina to Sue. Salena is very thorough and listens to all my concerns. Dr. Leo is a great doctor! She is very understanding and really pays attention to you, not the clock! She takes time with me to help with my health issues! I highly recommend her to anyone.

I would recommend Dr. Leo without reservation. She has been my primary care physician for many years. I trust her completely. She is not an alarmist, she listens with interest and always prescribes appropriately. The office runs smoothly, no waiting, the staff is friendly staff. Dr. Leo's assistant, Selena, is just as wonderful as Dr. Leo. Selena goes above and beyond and knows exactly what is going with the patients and Dr. Leo. I would say "they are a great team". Lucky to have both of them as my primary care providers.

I have been fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Nicole Leo for over the last 10 years. Dr. Leo is a knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy doctor with whom I feel completely confident in her care. The wait time for appointments is never long, and I never feel rushed during my appointment time. She is understanding while listening to your concerns and working with you to find the best healthcare solutions. Dr. Leo’s calm and friendly demeanor radiates through her office staff. Her office staff is professional and helpful; and her medical assistant Salena, is always there to greet you with a smile while updating your health information. Dr. Leo is the type of doctor you hope to find and work with for the betterment of your health.

Not only is Dr. Leo competent and caring, but her assistants, Selena and Sue are also top notch.

Called just before appointment to let them know I was going to be 10 min late because of late school drop-off and traffic. They said sure come on in. Just as I’m driving up to their office (Literally 10 min later) I get a call from them saying I need to reschedule! I asked to speak to the manager or Dr Leo herself. They said they did and she said I’d need to reschedule and won’t change her mind. One person waiting in the lobby. Waited several weeks for this appointment. Most ridiculously frustrating experience. 10 minutes! And the more I shared this experience the more I found out I am not alone in my disappointment. Stay FAR away from this office for those who don’t already know. They are horrible.

Always have to double check what they do and do they actually do it. Never calling back, her office staff made mistake which postponed the PET scan test. Someone send a referral and at the same time mark the case as closed. Then PET scan finally came in and yet and all you got was “go to the oncology doctor “. Refused to give any explains above the short statement through the secretary -“some anomalies “. At the end , the secretary told the family member that “ they waist everyone’s time “, after two months in endless phone calls, worries and still .. all you got is “ maybe cancer , maybe not”. And a lady telling you that you don’t care and calling you a liar. And all you wish to know- It is a cancer or not? Maybe that’s the staff , maybe a neglecting Doctor, or maybe it’s me who don’t know what to do ( btw - if we know we don’t need them right?) .... or maybe doesn’t matter since you the one with the heart breaking news and they are paid professionals who should to they job well.

I have been a patient of Dr Leo for about 15 years. I have found her to be intelligent, compassionate, and concerned. She has a warm demeanor and a no nonsense attitude. The only negative is its so hard to actually see her when you are sick. Her PA is great however when you are unwell it is your own doc you want to see. I feel this is not her doing but the way of medicine today. I adapt to this because she is worth the wait.
