So attentive and responsive - and extremely nice and great with our children. So thankful we found her!

Dr erlikhman is AMAZING!! She takes time to answer every question, never makes me feel rushed or pressured- my kids adore her! She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for the health and wellbeing of my kids! I can even text her with any concern or question and she readily responds. She is very flexible for appointment times and is a true professional. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Alla is absolutely THE BEST pediatrician. She treats our children as if they were her own. She mirrors their excitement for whatever fascinating thing they are exploring in the world at that moment and is a true ally to myself and my husband. She stands by our decisions and gives us a gentle nudge when we need it. The aspect of her care that I appreciate the most is that she is conservative when approaching an illness, but follows her gut if the illness isn’t responding to medications/at home remedies as she anticipated. If your child is truly sick, she’s not a “well let’s see what happens” kind of a doctor. She is absolutely fabulous.

Dr. Erlikhman has been the best pediatrician for my daughter. She is patient, chipper and fun when it’s especially intimidating for the whee ones, and is especially patient when I’m calling her out of my mind about my kid possibly having a walnut allergy because of a few facial bumps (it’s my first kid). She is everything I could ever want for my daughter’s doctor, and I hope that I can continue her care her up until she’s a pseudo-adult. My girl LOVES going to the doctor just to see Dr. Erlikhman. Also the offices/facilities are always clean, staff is always on time, friendly, and always accommodating.

I am a first time mommy and did not have a pediatric doctor for my baby by the time she was born. So I ended up using the hospital's physician, and I did not like the clinic base atmosphere where you see different doctors each time and front desk customer service was not there. I wanted a more one on one personal touch place. This is when I was recommended Dr. Erlikhman. She is amazing!! Absolutely knowledgable and professional. One of the things I love about her and her office is the friendliness and kindness, I always feel like I am at home and I'm treated like family. She is great with my little girl and I highly recommend her, especially to those new mommies out there who have no idea about what to expect, Dr. Erlikhman will make you feel so confident and treat your baby with love.

Dr. Erlikhman is extremely talented and compassionate pediatrician. My son was suffering from recurrent cough from the age of 8 months and no doctor could give us the right reason. She was the one who could diagnose it correctly and put him on correct treatment plan. She is very patient and listened to all our concerns. She was very empathetic with my feelings when my son used to scream while getting his ears checked. We had to move to North Jersey and no longer can go to her office but I know

Dr. Erlikhman is the absolute best pediatrician I have come to know and has not only the greatest bedside manner, but her clinical skills and compassion towards her patients is unparalleled. She makes my three children feel comfortable and takes the time to educate them on whatever the ailment may be. This is the type of practice all other practices should look up to as the gold standard in care. She is easily accessible and follows-up with such care and kindness that I wish I had known her when my first child was born almost twelve years ago. Thank you Dr. Erlikhman for creating a positive medical environment and treating my family with such great knowledge and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Erlikhman a thousand times over.

We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Erlichman for our daughter. She truly cares for our daughters well being and can be seen through her passion she has for her work. As first time parents we question everything and called for everything includung a runny nose. She took the time to tall to us on the phone abd even see our daughter that day, even if the office was closed. She thoroughly checked my daughter and our us at ease.
