Disappointing service! The nurse took roughly 20x-rays of the 9-year-old kid instead of the common 8. I politely asked the young lady why she took so many pictures. Dr Song zoomed in after the nurse left, accusing me of abusing his staff before even asking me any questions. He assumed the nurse was right by default. It is sad when staff is not trained properly, and doctors react over-emotionally. He refused to provide service.

Dr. song was rude to my son after my son expressed that he was very nervous about the appointment he been asked if there was something wrong with my son in the head because the 10-year-old shouldn’t be nervous. He is rude and disrespectful and completely unprofessional when dealing with people with anxiety. He shouldn’t be allowed to be a dentist anymore, his behavior was a palling and the work that he does is subpoor at best.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Song for years now, She never like the dentist before him, but now she has no issues at all. Even had teeth extracted and no issues. Dr. song is very friendly and always very professional. Always take his time with each patient and explains everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend him.

BEWARE! I took my 5 yr. son to Dr. Song for a tooth extraction. He had a deep cavity and was experiencing pain from the tooth. On the day of our visit to Dr. Song we sat with the doctor to go over the procedure and he asked if my son was aware that he was getting his tooth out and I said,yes. My son was very calm and relaxed. Well Dr. Song jumped up out of his chair, waving his arms saying that he is not responsible and refused to treat my son. Very unprofessional lack of compassion!!!
