My son goes there for behavior program and that is a joke they tell me it address his behavior and when I do they call dyfs and now ignore my calls now let's see they forgot my son 3 times they call yelling and cussing at me because there driver lied and didn't pick him oh and like this morning the driver called me I told him my son wasn't coming in and the they called saying that the driver never called me hahaha I have proof of the call try better

I've tried twice now to get a basic lab appointment here. Both times they said they're booked for over 6 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous! Chop in Voorhees even said that's absurd. Hopefully management reads this and does something about it

So here for Physical Therapy for son. Front desk staff are ok. PT staff are very nice. Scheduling is rough. Computer system actually Canceled 1 of my appointments. Recommended using website. Scheduling will be affected if your do not answer text and or Calls FYI. Times are crazy for Scheduling and Very Limited.

This place might have good doctors. But the office runs like a joke. Front desk is just there. Literally waited over 45 minutes and no test was done.

Great doctors but the wait times are RIDICULOUS. Currently been waiting 1.5hrs and still haven't seen the doctor. Last appt was the same way.

wrong personal information in system even after I spoke with and emailed all important information ahead of time, was assured I wouldn't be doubled billed for co-pay and sure enough was double billed! Cant get anyone on the phone to help me, on hold for over an hour. Leave message and no one calls me back. Staff needs to be retrained on how to properly work in an office!!!! Will use cash next time for co-pay. Do not recommend using card!!!! :(

This was our 1st time at this location. Everyone was so nice and caring. Definitely will go to this location again if we need to again. Danielle (ortho doc) was super sweet and very informative to any question I had about my son's diagnosis.
