Run! Go somewhere else. I have a cervical radiculopathy due to a herniated disc. His first option recommendation was surgery. No attempts or suggestions for nonsurgical treatment were ever made. Luckily I went for 3 other opinions, all recommended nonsurgical treatment and surgery only as a last resort. 1 and a half years later, my pain and numbnesscare gone and I'm back to normal... and didn't need ...

My husband had revision surgery on his back at Hudson Regional Hospital on October 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM by Dr. Singh because it was unsuccessful the first time. I never received a call from Dr. Singh at all about how he did with the surgery or what he did specifically to revise what he did in the first operation. I finally called the Recovery Room at 6:00 PM I was very nervous about how he was doing. I asked the Recovery Room nurse to have Dr. Singh call me and I still did not receive a call. I called back an hour later to find out my husband was brought back to his room. Still NO CALL from the doctor. My husband called me finally at at 9:48 PM crying saying he tried to call the doctor because he was in extreme pain and still no call. I immediately called Dr. Singh's office and they connected me to him and he "apologized" for not calling me.... really 8 hours later and you are sorry. My husband is not just someone you are cutting open he is my life... apology NOT ACCEPTED!!!!! Worst care ever from Dr. Singh and Hudson Regional Hospital.

Dr. Singh is an exceptional neurosurgeon. He is compassionate, very responsive and has superb communications skills. I am a 75 year old male who suffered from significant lumbar back pain for over six years. It was initially misdiagnosed by another doctor as spinal stenosis. Singh looked at my old MRIs and immediately told me that I had Spondyloslisthesis. He ordered a new MRI, CT scan and x-rays. At my next consultation, he clearly explained my condition and options. I chose surgery. He then listened attentively to my barrage of questions and answered each patiently and clearly so that I fully understood the issues. The operation (May 2021) performed by Dr. Singh went smoothly. I have never had had any back pain since the operation on my L4-L5 and L5-S1 vertebrae (double spinal fusion, double laminectomies and foraminotomies). It is now nine months since the operation, and I am doing kettlebell workouts combined with extensive core exercises. Thanks to Dr. Singh, I feel great.

I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Singh is a 5+ STAR Physician and deserves every acclamation possible. It took only a week to get an appointment with Dr. Singh and when I arrived, he had my MRI up on a big screen and was well prepared to discuss my case. He told me that I “100% needed surgery immediately” and he would move around his schedule to accommodate me. After asking him about an hour’s worth of questions, which he took the time to answer, I decided on the surgery. At the day of my surgery Dr. Singh was calming and patient with me. I woke up from surgery and I could feel my leg and my foot again and I even walked to the bathroom from the recovery room. It was a miracle!! Dr. Singh also made the smallest incision he could, and my scar has healed so well, I am astonished! I have recommended Dr. Singh to about a dozen people and all have been thankful that I found him.

Dr Singh completely rebuilt my spine after a crazy accident. Not only is he a great surgeon, I found him really personable and easy to deal with. I am very grateful for everything he and his team did for me and look forward to the same standard of excellent ongoing care.
