Came to see Dr Shah for the first time and I'm very impressed. Great bedside manner and thorough. I was very anxious and he immediately put me at ease.

Dr Nilay Shah is the top neurologist in the state of New Jersey!!! I have personal experience with clients that have worked closely with him over the years. Chiropractor, pain management, orthopedic, neuro surgery etc. I have my personal friends and family members see him because i trust him and he delivers. Excellent doctor with proper treatment.

I was happy to meet with Dr Shah’s PA after suffering for months. Before my visit ended Dr Shah also was able to confirm our plan of action and I was happy to finally be heard and treated. Dr Nilay and his stuff is the most wonderful dr office in NJ ! I’ve been dealing with health anxiety and I had a headache for over 90 Days every single day . They were friendly since the day one sending me to do a mri with a lot of peace of mind . Just few doctors over there would consider anxiety and handling the patient so kind as he and his physician did ! He’s gonna be my doctor forever ! And I’ll tell him for any person that I meet in my life , thanks for being so genuine and attentive dr Nilay !

I consulted Dr.Shah five years ago when I had pinched nerve that mimicked the symptoms of stroke. When I went to him, I was highly anxious about the prognosis. He immediately reassured me after reading my family history and then sent me for an MRI scan to rule out serious conditions. He went over the test with me and my husband, explaining in detail about pinched nerves and possible lifestyle changes that might help. Soon after that, on a trip to Costa Rica, my then 4 yo suffered a concussion and we were clueless about the medical facilities in that country. I emailed Dr.Shah in desperation, never expecting a reply. But he immediately responded in detail about travel and steps that we could take to minimize discomfort for her. Without his reassurances at the right time, we would have continued to spin under stress. My daughter was not his patient and he could have disregarded my email. But the care he took in responding and following it up with me later was truly remarkable. I emailed him again during another one of my panic attacks regarding swollen lymph nodes and he was yet again incredibly helpful. We have moved from northern NJ four years ago and still haven’t found a doctor that could match Dr.Shah’s knowledge, care and bedside manners.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for about a year. He is the most compassionate, intelligent and caring doctor. Diagnoses the ailment immediately and does not push for unnecessary treatment. He knows his profession. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a wonderful doctor who will fight for you to get better.

Dr. Shah is a veritable miracle worker. Brilliant, warm, compassionate, creative problem solver.

Dr Shah was great, listened to all my problems and informed me of lifestyle changes, very knowledgeable .I saw all the positive reviews online , and decided to see Dr Shah. and it was worth going to him , staff also very friendly, overall very happy with Dr Shah.as he is very friendly and answers all your questions .and I am feeling better after following his directions.
