This place is ridiculous! You have to be WHITE to be treated fairly and be called on time to your appointment. They skip and make you wait. My son has down syndrome I am Hispanic. His appt was at 1020am and here it's almost 11am and I'm sitting in this waiting area. If it wasn't be ause he needs the injections for his Alopecia I would walk out right now. Dr Klein assistant is rude. Just because I was a little upset and went to ask if the Dr was behind she started telling me to calm down. I was just asking a question to the front desk person and she got an attitude with me ! Well you got the wrong person. Shout out to the assistant that took over she was very sweet and apologetic.

Dr. High is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to all of my concerns carefully. It's clear he cares a lot about his patients. The staff at his office are lovely and welcoming. There's plenty of parking so it's easy to get in and out.

If waiting is one of your pastimes, then you will like this office because waiting is exactly what you will get. I made sure that my appointment would be the first after their lunch break at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:50 pm with not another soul in the waiting room. They opened their check-in window specifically for Dr High at 1:05 pm which I did right away. Soon after an older gentleman walked in and also checked in. Then two other patients walked in who also signed in at his window. At 1:10 they started calling in waiting patients. The first person the asked for was the older gentleman. Soon after they called in one of the other patients who exclaimed as she was called how glad she was that it took so little time this time. Then they called in third person all three of which signed in for Dr High after I has signed in. I waited until 1:30 pm and walked up to their window and told them that I was leaving as my appointment was for 1 pm not 1:30 and that I was the very first person to check in once they opened their window. No one else was in the waiting room when I first checked in. They told me that my appointment was really scheduled for 1:10 pm. I explained that it was now past 1:30 and I still was not called in and in fact the older gentleman was still not out. I have been going to this office for my yearly exam for a number of years now and it has always been a frustrating waiting experience. They double and triple book all appointments in this office. So even though I had specifically asked for an appointment to be the first after lunch they somehow put three other people who checked in after me to be served before me. So if you're a person who loves to wait and be belittled be the rude staff who work here, then please come here. As for me, I'm done with the place and will never set foot in the door again. This isn't the only dermatologist in town. I got another appointment elsewhere that same day.

Dr. High went above and beyond to help me during Christmas weekend while the office was closed when my mother was sick with Covid and had a potential scare of shingles. He responded to me immediately and helped to alleviate all our concerns and came up with a plan for treating my mother at home. I cannot thank him enough!!!

I was sent to Dr. High more than two decades ago when I had a small lump on my thigh. He examined it and said, "It's nothing, but ..." It was a malignant tumor and he removed the tumor without causing any of the tissue to leak. I saw him twice a year for five years and started seeing him again annually for a thorough skin examination. He has a great bedside manner and is always willing to explain what he is doing and what he is finding (or not). He has a great way with his patients and he is extremely thorough with his examinations. What more can you ask?

I saw Dr.High for an issue that required follow up from blood work and a culture. The follow up ,or lack of, was absolutely unacceptable. No return calls , nasty office staff, and disorganized. I would NOT recommend this office.

I am so happy that I chose Dr High for removing a large patch of skin cancer. The doctor was thorough in his examination and explanations. He did several biopsies and the surgery to remove the skin was done very carefully and gently. I would highly recommend him. Also his staff was very nice and courteous. Scheduling was also very easy.

I have to admit that the wait time can be long at times, BUT it's because he spends time with his patients and is very good at explaining what is going on along with the steps to follow. I love how he is cautious but not cut and test happy as some I've been to. I had a basal carcinoma on my ear, and he was very good at testing and referring me to Dr. Lawrence who is excellent. The only acceptable solution to a shorter wait time is if he cloned himself: this way he could spend enough time with everyone.

It takes about 3 months to get a general check up with the Dr. (that is if his rude staff doesn't put you on hold and then hang up on you as they did to me). When you are at the office you usually wait about 30 minutes to get taken back, then another 30-45 minutes in the room. Dr. High then looks at your skin says "okay we can continue the same care and medication I will see you back in 6 months." He and his staff are unorganized, rude and have no sense of patient care whatsoever. His new office is made up to be a Hollywood facial-skin care salon. Very disappointed with this Dr. and practice.
