Dr Sanfilippo explained my condition to me as well as showing me in the X-ray. He chose to send me for physical therapy as my first option for healing.

Dr. Sanflippo was caring and understanding. He was also patient until I finally decided to have surgery.

I was doing great for about 6 months after the surgery. After that my condition slowly deteriorated and now I can only be on my feet for 10 to 15 minutes at which time my legs will go out from under me.

He was my Doctor years ago(2010) I thought he was nice and caring. Even though I had an infection and blood clots post op, I didn’t blame him, things happen, right? 2019 I consulted him for a different issue and in my opinion he’s not the same caring Doctor in 2010. He told me one thing then got mad at me when I mentioned it. Maybe he never was that nice & I was just young. Maybe it’s stress? Whatever it is, It’s a shame. From my experience, I don’t recommend him to anyone anymore.

Said one thing to me and then another. I felt like he was two different Docs. I’m not for sure why I returned to him for an opinion on my neck when after my lumbar surgery I had major complications. I should’ve just left years ago and stayed away. I learned the hard way. Don’t let smiles fool you. ( this is my opinion of course)

I only gave a 1 Star rating because 0 was not an option. I have nothing good to say about Sanfilippo. I am one step away from a wheelchair after their surgeries. If I thought I would end up in WORSE shape after the surgeries I would have NEVER agreed to the surgeries.
