Very friendly staff and technicians. Easy access from parking lot too. And they always have a wheelchair available

This company is exactly what is wrong with the medical world. Horrible customer Service. Just puppets for the insurance company and scheduling was a nightmare. The same old issue the entire industry has that they don’t respect anyone’s time and obviously the Doctors want you to jump through hoops for their convenience. The poor receptionists who are nice are obviously frustrated because they are handcuffed by the ego doctors and the insurance companies. 1 star was as low as I could go I hope google institutes a relegation system like soccer I. Europe.

Receptionist was rude. Cramped, uncomfortable facility. HVAC not working. Billing was wrong. Did not respond to attempts to get billing corrected. Then try to charge interest. There are good choices out there for medical imaging, and this is definitely not one of them.

Coming here was a significant waste of my time on this earth.

I've visited this office in the past 2 decades for a variety of exams. Always professional! Always a great experience!

If you want to be able to see your baby on the ultrasound DO NOT go here! I literally saw my child for five seconds then the ultrasound tech grabs the monitor and says "I have to do the boring part and take a bunch of pictures." For one, seeing any unborn child on an ultrasound is not "boring." I don't know if this was just the person or that's how they do things here but I have two other kids where I had ultrasounds with a different company, and I have never not been able to see my child the entire ultrasound. This was clearly just a job for her. Horrible service.

The worst experience of my life. My pain management Drs. staff faxed my prescription for an MRI to Larchmont Imaging. I made an appointment and was given one on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. This place is 40 miles from my home and gas is $4.33 a gallon so I wasn't too enthused about the location considering I cannot walk due to my spinal stenosis. When I arrived at the Larchmont building I realized that my car was the only car in the huge parking lot. I parked under the giant sign that said "LARCHMONT IMAGING"! I'm an "early bird who arrives early for everything so I thought perhaps I had gotten to the facility before the staff had arrived. I tried calling them several times while waiting in the lot and got a machine stating that I should call back during regular hours which was strange because I was calling during regular hours. When I finally got a human voice to speak to I was informed that I was at the wrong location and since my appointment was to be 30 minutes later I was told that they wouldn't perform the MRI since my call was too close to their closing time. I was still 30 minutes early and couldn't understand why they couldn't do this simple MRI as I wasn't that far away. I explained that I'd been on steroids for a week and they weren't helping and I was in extreme pain and alone. I live alone and it's no picnic trying to survive without being able to walk without severe pain for over a week. The woman told me in a very surly voice that I should have called earlier or invest in a new GPS. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place where there is no affinity for patients suffering with severe pain. Now it's Sunday and cannot reach another radiology service and my MRI and my nerve block procedure will be on hold for an indeterminant time. Do yourself a favor and never consider LARCHMONT IMAGING.

Inconsiderate and terrible service. Took me three days to get ahold of scheduling to make an appointment for my anatomy scan. I finally made it... I have a young daughter with cancer and I moved a bunch of her appointments around for this scan and when I got there they scheduled me wrong and wouldn’t do it! The technician could care less and was so rude. Just pushed me out the door. They would care less what I had to do to get to that appointment. We are not humans to this office.. just another appointment.

Very difficult technicians there who will put you in your place and blame you before themselves. Don't ever be late to your appointments and experience what I had to with them. I was frustrated, humiliated, disrespected, and embarrassed in front of others. Long story but the focus here is about customer service. I'm trying very hard not to be negative on social media but coming home in tears is something that's terribly wrong and I feel the need to warn others. BTW, don't ever leave your belongings, ie purse, in the waiting area (and be taken back to get yelled at) despite of their instruction to do so. You have to be crazy to want to get stressed from them. They want to process you through like cattle and if you deviate from that you will be put in your place. Take my word for it!
