Met in hospital with two injured ankles. He did surgery, 3 bones broken. Caring, amazing and listens to questions and concerns.

I was referred to this practice after a visit to Urgent Care where I fractured my ankle. They called me. Monday morning returning my message and gave me an appointment in the afternoon the same day. I was very pleased and relieved to get prompt care. Dr Shou was very nice as I was very upset about the entire episode. I am to return in five weeks to the office..

The staff here was awesome and provided me with top notch care and respect. I was a little nervous going in because this was my first surgery ever. They reassured me that I was going to be okay and I was much more calm then I thought I’d ever be. Dr. Shou and his staff are excellent. Thank you.

Dr. Shou is a skilled practitioner. He offered counsel beyond medical treatment to solve for a nagging foot condition irritated by daily running. In short, he offered a holistic approach to change running shoes and open space in the shoe cavity. Take together, his medical and practical approach resulted in 100% pain elimination within six weeks!

My experience from start to finish was five stars. Dr Shou is an outstanding provider. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made me feel totally confident with his plan. His assistant Kevin was very kind and respectful. Kevin completed the visit by fitting my foot (that had a badly broken toe) into a comfortable boot. The reception staff as well as the staff answering their telephone were very welcoming, patient and respectful. I will definitely return for a follow up x-ray and visit. I feel very reassured to have Dr Shou as my provider.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Louie Shou. He is professional, punctual and thorough. I have been seeing Dr. Shou since my initial surgical consult and surgery in April 2021. I suffered significant trauma, and wasn’t sure what outcome I would have after the surgery. I’m blown away by how far I have come, and how good I feel compared to this time last year. Dr Shue is always kind, friendly and has genuine concern for his patients. He always fully explains his diagnosis and answers all questions. He is never in a rush and I always feel that I have had the best care.

I was so pleased w Dr. Shou’s work on my L bunion, I came back for him to do my R bunion. He & his team are the best - skilled and caring professionals. Dr. Shou spends time answering all questions and provides specific recommendations. I had a reaction to a pain med after my surgery and he contacted me personally to discuss details and then immediately prescribed an alternative.
