Dr Patnaik is a phenomenal physician!

Dr. Patnaik is the most caring doctor. My whole family goes to him. If you are looking for a great doctor that will truly care about your health and happiness Dr. Patnaik is the person.

The care from the doctors is great. The front desk needs a crash course in how to talk to people. I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of why they sent my husbands mother a bill for him at 34 years old to an address he’s never lived at. I left 3 messages, no return phone call. I’ve called the office and was given the number I already called and given no answer… they confirmed that they have our address on file so I’m still puzzled as to why there was any confusion. HIPPA seems to be a foreign concept to them.

Dr. Patnaik is a wonderful, empathetic, knowledgeable, follow through 5 star doctor. However, his office staff works AGAINST all kudos listed for the doctor. They are rude, quick, abrupt, and unpleasant. They don’t answer the phone expecially near office hours ending, but still open. Today I got “disconnected” 5 times in a row trying to ask about something they said they would mail me last week in time for my appointment with the doctor. One of the disconnects was after asking me my name. Previously I was told they could NOT email the form yet today when asking where the mailed form was they said, call tomorrow and someone will email it to you. This is so disheartening when you think of the high quality doctor this office represents. They are doing him a disservice.

Dr. Patnaik is awesome, he is so caring and listens to you. Gives you a chance to tell him what's going on, he doesn't rush you. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr. Patnaik. He is kind, funny, young doctor which takes time with you & answers all your questions. I have been coming to him for 5 years now. His is also great with teenagers as well. If anyone is look for a new doctor give him a try. Dr. Stwicky is wonderful as well. Also you don't wait long in the waiting room you get called back fast.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Patnaik for years. We love him!! His front desk staff needs a course in professional, courteous and empathy though. Love Dot, as she is the exception! Friendly and understanding.

Dr Patniak is such a compassionate, wonderful doctor. I totally trust his advice and decisions regarding my healthcare.

Front desk personnel is very rude. A script was written for me and placed on my file for me to pick up. My wife went to pick it up and was told we are only doing flu shots. Really front desk personnel couldn’t turn around and grab my folder and hand her the script. Something that would take seconds to do. My wife drove 25 miles to your office to pick it up because I was told you can pick it up anytime during working hours. Pure laziness of that older woman who works the front window. They can keep the script because I now chose to find a new doctor. It’s sad I have to go to this extreme because Dr. Patnaik and the Physician Assistant Leanne are very nice. It’s not like the older woman was doing the shots.
