List of Rajnish Chawla's Reviews
I've been a long-time patient, although I have not been to this office in a few years. The main reason is that it's almost impossible to get an appointment - the office management is terrible and seems severely understaffed. Can rarely get a hold of someone on the phone, and last week, despite having an urgent medical issue and leaving multiple voicemails, only got one call back from a nurse. The nurse said a message was left for the on-call doctor, who never called me. Follow-up voicemails the next business day also did not result in a call back. I've historically had good experiences with this doctor during actual office visits, but I'll now be changing to a different practice.
Very compassionate. Really listens. Able to think 'out of the box'. I travel 40 minutes without for the visit. His care is worth it. As a retired ICU/ER nurse, I know a quality doctor, and recommend Dr. Raj Chawla without hesitation.
I have been a patient since he first started practicing. He straight to the point and never wastes my time. The staff is the greatness especially his assistant Stephanie. Happy with his services and Professionalism.
Been with Raj Chawla for over 10 years. Excellent Doc. Down to earth, easy going and personally invested in his patients well fare. Clean, well run, professional office.
This doctor is great - very thorough, patient and helpful. His nurse is very polite, efficient and great in person. But once you are out of their office, it is "out of sight, out of mind"! It is very difficult to get her to return the calls of the pharmacist, very difficult to get her and schedule an appointment.
Excellent and very thorough. Spends time with the patient to discuss any concerns or questions they may have regarding their concerns and treatments. Follows up with patients he is treating.Only concern is getting refills of needed medications. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 days to get an authorization for the refill. Sometimes I have had to go without needed medication over a weekend if it is not done by Friday. But, this issue may also be a problem with the pharmacy and not his staff. But if you need to call 3 or 4 times regarding the refill and still don't get the medication, that causes me concerns and really bothers me. If you leaves 3 or 4 messages regarding the need for a refill of medication and you don't receive a return call, or the authorization for the refill at the Pharmacy, there has to be a problem with the office staff, or the Pharmacy. It may be the fault of the e-script system, the office staff, or the Pharmacy itself. But the office staff should follow-up with the patient, or the Pharmacy if you have to call 3 or 4 calls to the office. A follow-up call to the patient should be made when the refill has been authorized, so you can then follow up with the Pharmacy regarding your refills.Going without needed medication can be a very big inconvenience and interfere with you activities when the medication is not refilled in time and you run out.Overall, Dr. Chawla is and excellent Doctor, but his staff maybe needs to change some of their routines to accommodate and communicate with the patients better.
Awesome, friendly, kind, helpful & caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
