List of Rupinder Chawla's Reviews
I have been with Dr. Rupinder Chawla for over 6 years. Dr. Rupinder is a very great doctor, however , since being a part of RWJ, the receptionist is unprofessional, talks to me with no compassion, with a none caring attitude, as though she doesn't want to be bothered with me. When I visiti the office and go up to sign in, the receptionist say, "take a seat, I'll be with you", not can you have a seat, I'll be right with you, no respect at all. The nurse from the nurse's station called me about my blood work, saying that Dr.Raj wanted me to know that my iron level was high again (the blood work I took over 6 months ago, showed a high iron level as well) I asked her to ask Dr. Raj, what can I do to lower my iron level, she said that she will ask Dr Raj and call me back. After two weeks of not getting a response, I ended up calling her back only to be ignored. After waiting three days, I call back, only being able to get the receptionist, that mentioned to me that Dr. Raj said that I have to wait three months and take my blood work again. When explaining to the receptionist why I was calling, (to find out what I can do to lower my iron) she asked me sarcastically, "are you done talking", ignoring everything I said. I wasn't gonna subject myself to the negativity, so after being disrespected, I hung the phone up. I really like Dr. Rupinder but her help has been very unprofessional. I never experienced anything like this at this doctor's office in the past. Things have changed for the worst. When it comes to my health, and my personal information, I'm not too fond about interacting with disrespectful staff, it causes more harm than good. Dr. Raj never told me what I can do to lower my iron level. I'm just gonna to change my doctor. I'm try to stay healthy mentally, physically and emotionally.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
