This place is the best without all the bells and whistles. Massages are the best I have ever had they really know how to give you the most beneficial therapy. I missed one week and I need to go back for my massages and pt and acupuncture. The receptionist has always been polite but she is very busy. I love this place and Dr Chen is fabulous very kind and professional at 58 I feel like 28.

Jeffrey is one of the physical therapist and he is excellent, he shows genuine interest in helping you to recover. However, the experience in Metuchen with the receptionist is terrible, she is an asiatic lady, who is rude and shows interest only in the anticipated payments of the treatment. I decided not going anymore to Metuchen only because of her, even when Saturdays is the more convenient day for me. Now I go only to Bridgewater where I do not have to suffer with her, it is a shame that Bridgewater's office does not open on Saturdays.

I came here for pt and waited for one hour and the doc just gave me mri prescription and no pt treament...I wasted my precious time here and went home with pain remain. Never had this before. Bad experience ever.

I have been bringing my 85 year old mother to Dr. Chen and Dr Badri for over a month now and I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. Dr Badri responds to every text I send no matter the day or time. They are patient and gentle with her!! I give their office 5 stars because they care about their patients.

I had my first appointment at this place and had a bad experience. They did not have my appointment in the system and kept me waiting for an hour after filling out all the forms. I left without getting treated (waited for 1 hour) as I got tired of waiting since I had made a lunch time appointment and had to be back to work. Do not go here unless you have half day to spend here for treatment.

This dr. Chen is money hungry. You can’t trust him I had a procedure done in the office and he had his other do the procedure after they gave me anesthesia. WARNING.

Received a billing statement after 4 months after the service date and asked about a $120 co-pay. I asked them couple of times about whether I have a copay before my last visit and was told everything is good. Called the Metuchen office with no one picked up the phone and voice mailbox is full. Hope someone in the office management can do a better job and reach out to me! Very frustrated!
