The rude front desk staff, long wait times. Not professional at all. I had an appointment at 3:45 it’s 5:07 no call, I goes inside to check up yet say wait in car. You will get a video call. Second time this happen won’t visit no more

Wow! From my first interactions by phone to the staff at the facility, was very pleased with Kinder Pediatric. Had a follow up question the next day, and the professionalism and patience was once again evident. Kudos to the entire staff and the managers for cultivating such wonderful personnel. In these hectic and crazy times, thank you for helping scared parents. Will definitely return.

The wait to take a 30 second test took 4-5 hours and it was insane and very frustrating. Also it’s sooo hard to get telemed appts and even after u get the appt u still have to wait hours to go in just to take a 30 sec test. I’m very upset

Even though it was a long wait and short staffed , the staff was pleasant, concerned and kept patients informed. I have taken my son here quite a few times over the years before they relocated and I have always received respect from all staff and doctors ppl. Highly recommended

I've been taking my kids here when it was located behind the Dunkin Donuts in Iselin. Everyone there has always been polite and helpful.

Staff has been very friendly and made my son feel at ease during his Covid test. The volume of patients they are seeing right now is staggering but they have been wonderful for both of our visits.

Absolutely great service 💯! Fast, Clean and efficient! Although we are in another wave of this virus the staff here were polite, understanding, and more than happy to help us! They made COVID testing for my 2 and 1 year old daughters a breeze; they talked them through it and I think that just makes it easy for all us parents stressing!
