He is the best doctor. He treated me for a long time Migraine.
I was told from their office they accepted my insurance in network, it ends with insurance company denied payment because doctor is not in network. Then office sends me a bill of 195.33 after $80 copay. I called their office and questions. She was admitting she told me that. But It was my mistake because instead of checking with her I shall check myself to see if they are in the network. so it is my responsibility for their bill It was a 10-15 minutes doctor visit. And I found out they billed the insurance company for $575.00 for a 60-75 minutes visit. What a dishonest doctor. This is a Shame!!!! All they want is to get whatever patients in, and collect payment. Beside the billing issue. When I was in the office, the doctor prescribed MRI, so I asked his wife (front desk) will you call me once you receive the report. She was so rude and answered, No, we will not call you because we do not know whether you did or not. If you got my report that means I have done the test. Yes? , she said we are not going to call you no matter what, we are a busy office, we have no time to call you……… This was such a dispersed and disappointing visit. I was in a medical career and seeing many doctors. This is the worse… Be cautions…… I will update this post again because I also filed complaints to the insurance company.
I had an appointment with this Doctor for migraine headaches that I have had for years . My appointment was to see if there was another medication that I could take because the Imitrex that I have taken for years is no longer as effective He seemed rushed and impatient when I asked him to fill out my intermittent leave papers for work for the migraines. He told me He didn’t have time, mumbled something about leaving the papers. The receptionist/ wife/nurse told me there would be a $15 charge to fill out the paperwork and when I asked when I could pick up the paperwork she said maybe Monday or Tuesday of next week. Unacceptable, this is my third time having these forms filled out and everytime the neurologist would fill them out at the visit. Mind you it’s only 2 pages that require dates and treatment. I waisted my valuable time with this physician.
Do not recommend this doctor at all. His practice is just looking to make the most money as possible. We only had a half hour consultation with him where he rushed us the whole time. We had an MRI done and even though the radiologist had called Dr. Zhang that same day, he didn’t even look at it because he wasn’t in the office which is fine but then he just called us to let us know that the radiologist called. However he wouldn’t tell us what the radiologist said during the call. He told us to come into his office to let us know what the radiologist said… (obviously looking for another charge). During the consultation, it was clear to us that he read this report for the first time. He didn’t even know what was going on. We wasted so much time during the mtg to show him the images. And didn’t even have a chance to ask our questions. He told us that we should look for a neurosurgeon ourselves. His receptionist is his wife who was pushing him the whole time to finish the appointment. If you have any signs of a brain tumor, do yourself a favor and skip this doctor. Go to the ER straight away for an MRI and try to find a trustworthy neurosurgeon yourself.
Poor excuse of a physician. He rushed through the appointments, told us to go to the ER instead of wasting time to see him, and was not able to diagnose any of the medical conditions I had. More specifically, I lost numbness and actual control of the right side of my body and he had no idea what it was. When I spoke with another neurologist the next week, the new neurologist was immediately able to recognize that I was having multiple SEIZURES. His rude receptionist is his WIFE, by the way for any others who are curious about how she's able to continue working there.
Dr. Zhang is a really nice and calm. Answered all my questions and was very thorough
Been going to them for years! They’re always very personable and professional . The office is neat and clean and with almost no wait time . I’m really going to miss them because I have new insurance from work but they’re excellent in providing the best care for their patients !
He is a bad doctor and his staff is very rude and inconsiderate.
Worst Receptionist ever seem , bad and rude, surprise she has a job in USA. She should be load off and terminate job.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
