I called the office to find out whether they accept a specific plan from United Healthcare. They told me that they don't know. They gave me their tax ID number and told me that I should call the insurance to find out whether their office accepts their plan. Calling United healthcare I found out that they don't even want to deal with any tax ID #. There is no way I would go to any of the doctors in this office, because they don't know which insurance plans they accept. So they also wouldn't be able to tell in advance what is covered by the insurance. Maybe they just expect people to pay out of pocket. Very risky! I'm picking a doctor in another location for my primary care physician.

Practice is constantly busy and overbooked. Doctors (Thompson included) are dismissive. Nurses and staff are rude. Been a patient for years and now considering a change. This is not how a patient should be treated.

Dr. Thompson he's been my physician for over 25 yrs.I found him to be very compassinote and understanding in all aspects.He has guided me through difficult times..and truly appreciated his diligence and most of all his intelligence of being a great doctor. Thank you Dr.Thompson
