List of Keith Seidenberg's Reviews
everything was perfect
Very disappointed with this practice, I have been going there for many years, and they won't allow patients that are not vaccinated with the COVID shot. My whole family went to his practice, including my mom; he just lost five patients. Won't be getting a shot with no longevity studies, especially with my children. Besides, we all got Covid and survived, so we have natural immunity, which is better than the shots.
So unhappy with this place, very disappointing walking into my appointment today, received numerous texts and a couple calls about my appt and not one person said I need to wear a mask or ask if I’m vaccinated. Which I’m NOT nor never will get the “jab”. And then when I walk in the disrespect and rudeness I got from the old grey haired “KAREN” at the front desk because I’m not a “vaccinated covid sheep”. So I had my way with words for her also. So I will be taking myself and others somewhere else who is welcoming. FYI for everyone in that office next time inform the patient of what he/she needs before wasting there time walking into that liberal den. THANKS !
Dr. Keith Seidenberg is very thorough and kind. His entire staff is outstanding.
I have visited Dr. Seidenberg for many years. He recently (early 2020) did cataract surgery that went well. Yes, the staff is rude and mostly unhelpful. Then Covid hit and I was pressured to get the vaxx (in March 2021, when it wasn't widely available). I went back in October and was told to find a new doctor. My being un-vaxxed was a deal breaker for him and his staff. This is completely unethical. I'm supposed to risk my health with an unproven treatment so he and his staff can "feel better"?
Dr. Kim and Dr. Seidenberg are fine doctors. But I do not condone his office's new COVID policy. He will only see vaccinated patients. While I am vaccinated I do not agree with denying service to people who are not vaccinated. 2 weeks before my appointment my phone and email were spammed with texts/emails confirming I was vaccinated. I had to show proof of my vaccine to the receptionist who wrote the dates and vaccine received in my file. During my appointment I was questioned why I got JJ and the JJ booster, as if that wasnt considered good enough. I refuse to support a doctor who arbitrarily denies service to patients who are not vaccinated. Good riddance.
Dr. Seidenberg was horribly aggressive in trying to convince me to get vaccinated and criticized my decision to remain unvaxxed. 6 months later, I returned for my check up visit and was informed Dr. Seidenberg only treats the vaccinated. I left the office without receiving ANY treatment. The office billed Medicare for "eye and medical examination for diagnosis and treatment - $150! I never saw him, he provided NO service, yet billed Medicare!
They're gotten better with I believe new office staffing. The care or the examinations were Always good. The Optical Department is Great, unlike most attached to offices. Their selection is as good as the giant superstores at absolutely terrific bargain prices. Ask for Pete you won't be disappointed.
In the many, many years I have been a patient of Dr. Seidenberg, I have only found his staff to be professional and polite. As a medical professional, of course, Dr. Seidenberg only wants vaccinated people in his office. This is to protect his staff, his patients and himself. If anyone doesn't like that then you can go to another doctor. Don't put the blame on others for a decision you made and others disagree with. Dr. Seidenberg is the best, period.
A true team of professionals!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
