Dr. Bahrampour went the extra mile to help me with my health issue, even calling me at 9:45pm to see how I was feeling. When test results came back in my favor, she explored other possible areas that my pain was coming from. She is very warm and showed great concern for me and remembered all the details of her exam during my appointment. Grace, who is the receptionist, is also very helpful and works very hard to find me an appointment. I'm VERY happy to have such a great doctor and office to work with!

Dr Bahrampour is an alarmist. She'll send you to a specialist for something she can treat. If you don't feel well, they can almost never see you the same day. They tell you to go to an urgent care . Grace at the front desk should not be working in a Doctors office.. she has no compassion, she's always frantic and can't handle a busy office. She is very rude. If you can't treat the patients you have, don't take on anymore. God forbid you even ask for a nurse- they won't even out you through to them. Stay away from this office.

Doctor is NOT willing to see you in person if you have a cough?? Um, isn't that what doctors are for?? And the girl I spoke to cancel my appointment (because I found another Doctor that can actually see me for a cough - go figure) was so rude. Misspelling my name, telling me I'm not in the system (even though I was looking right at a confirmation email), and that my address is different? Plenty of other doctors out there that can provide a more professional experience.
