Walk ins welcome. Appointments recommended. Bring your phone which will be used by you to register and provide your information. Bring an ID and insurance card. COVID PCR tests go through insurance and rapid tests are $40 out of pocket. PCR test result are provided via secure portal which can be accessed through a link that will be texted to you.

Make an appointment and sit here while they take everyone else in the waiting room before you. People come and go and you will just sit there. People with n I insurance no appointments get priority over those with insurance and appointments. This place has the absolute worst secretarys and their attitudes are horrible.
